    *** Valet is the only available option - (unlimited In/out) - Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. For 10+ nights please inquire



    Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



    Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.



    Other Things to Note:

    BOOKING RULES

    After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.



    Must-Read Before Booking:

    ***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.



    ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

IF SUCH A STATE OF EMERGENCY IS IN EFFECT, WE WILL HAPPILY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE ALTERNATIVE CHOICE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION DATES.



    OCCUPANCY RULES

    Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement



    NO SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.



    CHECK-IN

    Standard check-in time starts at 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.



    CHECK-OUT

    Standard check-out time is 11 AM.



    LUGGAGE STORAGE

    Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.



    MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT

    If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.



    LOST ITEMS

    We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

    BUILDING RULES

The perfect stay close to Bayfront Park

This property is absolutely stunning. From the lobby to my condo, everything i could have needed was located right in the building. The staff were very hospitable and helpful when needed. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and decorated. I could not have picked a better place to stay while visiting Miami. I would absolutely book with them again for my next trip to Miami!
