There was no issues with the Host what’s so ever, however our stay at The Elser was a mess! Let me start with the positives, GREAT location to cruise port and the pool was a fun day! They play good vibe music, offer chairs, loungers, outdoor games to play and have restaurant right on patio! Now on the the negatives, when we arrived earlier before check in time, we went to pool had a fabulous day! However never received message room was ready so went to desk @ 5 PM and was told room still not ready try back in 15 minutes just waiting on manager sign off. Went back over an hour later and still not ready, waited in lobby for 10 more minutes And finally at 6:30 room was ready and bags should be delivered in 15 minutes to room. At 7:30 bags still had not arrived, had to go to lobby and actually retrieve our own bags from luggage storage where ours were the ONLY ones. Coffee machine did not work, had to order new one , 2 of the 3 hair dryers did not work either. And they called us to confirm toilets were flushing that evening?!
