Really enjoyed my stay! The room was nice, clean and updated. Felt so nice to not feel cluttered in a small room with my kids. Would recommend, especially with this host who was a great accommodator and communicator.

Neglected hotel

The hotel is outdated. Elevators kept breaking down for entire stay 6 days. Woken up to fire alarm tests 2 mornings.The spa had broken showers. Could nit get housekeeping, spent hours on phone and begged for service( we confirmed ser ice on checknin and agreed to pay for it

Condo ok, FB overall ok, Price/value not

The Condo is as described with a few things to say. The device for the TV in the bedroom was broken, but as we were not there for watching tv it was not a problem for us. There are only 3 Plates and 3 Mugs in the kitchen, so its nearly impossible even to have a small breakfast. That`s poor for the price. The coffee maker machine needs 15 minutes for 4 cups! The sofa bed is not what we call comfortable, it`s just better than to sleep on the ground. But the biggest problem for the 2 in our party who had to sleep on the sofabed was the neighbors. They waked up when we got to sleep. Every night the same procedure, beginning at midnight until 2 or 3 in the morning the doors begin to slam 5 to 10 times, loud music starts and you could get high by the smell of the weed they smoked. But we know that`s not in response of our condo owner just bad luck to have such neighbors. Valet was poor, every day chaos and waiting lines. Pool chairs are all dirty and worn out. Towels old with holes and stains and not acceptable for the standard of comparable hotels and the rate you have to pay. The best things at all was the pool staff boys and girls. They did an incredible job, always friendly, helpfull und happy. Especially English und Gringo (from Argentina, sorry forgot his name) made us feel as we were friends since birth. for the half price everything would be acceptable, for what we payed it was way to expensive.

Amazing

So incredible we extended three days!! The owners of the unit are extremely responsive! They’re also very accommodating! The unit is well equipped and as described!! We will certainly be back!! We actually cannot wait! The resort is second to none! Check in was a breeze! Housekeeping is fast and attentive!! Strip steak is literally to die for! Perfect getaway!

Very solid property, some issues but nothing insurmountable

This is our second time renting a condo at Fontainebleau from this particular manager. The accommodations are terrific and the property is fun and well located. We had two issues (delayed check-in and a kid got locked in the bathroom) neither of which were really the manager’s fault. He was duly apologetic and generally responsive. Bottom line: this is a good way to do a family vacation in Miami Beach and I would recommend.

Perfect size for a family of five

Perfect size for a family of five Everyone was comfortable nice to have two bathrooms in Miami. The View was out of this world and the people running the hotel we’re great even during Covid 19. Owner responded To all my messages I give this place 101 out of 100.

Fountainbleu fun!

We had another wonderful trip to Fountainbleu. The 1 bedroom suite was the perfect size for our family of four. Everyone had their own space, and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. The checkin process was seamless. Hotel staff was very friendly. 🌴🌊🌞

Everything as described my only issue was with bed sheets/blankets/ pillows it wasn’t enough for 4ppl. Couch was a little tough to sleep on but we managed and enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Nice room with a great view at premier Miami Beach Hotel

The Fontainebleau is a beautiful property. The room is spacious and nice, with two bathrooms. This is awesome for anyone with kids. Loved the view from the room: you see the ocean, canal, and Biscayne Bay. The tower has its own pool, which is much quieter. The only drag is that you can’t order food or anything. Would be nice if we could get access to the Owner’s Lounge as part of our stay. The owners were very professional and responsive. All in all, I’m very happy we found this place.
