Family of six adults really enjoyed this unit. Nicely renovated and appointed with all the things that make a VRBO stay comfortable - plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen ware, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo/body wash/conditioner, etc. Host Mark quickly responded to a couple of questions. Complimentary extra hour check-out was great and being able to hang out pool/beach side until our flights was so nice. We saw another 3 bed/3 bath in the complex and ours was hands down nicer in all regards. Terrific location with easy access to the beach and board walk. Instacart available to get groceries with delivery right to the room. Would highly recommend this unit and Hora Vacations.

Great Holliday stay at the Alexander

Our 3bed/3bath VRBO unit was perfect for our group of 7. The heated pools and beach access were wonderful. The only con about the hotel was the freezing hallways when leaving the elevator and getting into the room. Other than that we had a great time!

Great home base!

The condo was perfect for our group of 8. 4 kids and 4 adults. We had enough space to play cards and spread out a bit. Love 3 bathrooms and showers! The kitchen was well stocked as far as pots, pans, dishes, etc. The pool area was enjoyable. We didn't use the adult pool, but it was nice not to have to worry about the kids splashing too much. The location is great (mid beach). Loved having the beach close for walks and sand castles! Thank you to the owners for being so VERY responsive to our questions. Recommend!

We enjoyed the property and all that if offered, the location to the beach was great, a distance from the hot spots and action, and most of the restaurants. I had no reason to contact the property manager. Overall Great and I would chose this property again. thank you,

It was okay only. Rooms very small.

The good things were that it was near the beach. The downsides were that we happen to have a freezing week and there was no heating in the building so we were all cold. The loungeroom was not set up for sitting together well...needs more lounges in a configuration suitable for talking and seeing the TV. We ended up sitting at kitchen table to see TV together. The rooms are sooo small and one has only a window to the next room. The bed was broken in one of the rooms and metal rods stuck out and grazed our legs. They were fast to fix it but it took hours and we had to wait around and then they had to get a new bed. It was not in a great part of Miami. The rental people are quick to respond to messages.

Great option for a group!

I stayed here with 7 other women. Having 3 bathrooms was amazingly handy! The balcony and view were fantastic. Well stocked with lotion/shampoo/make-up wipes and more! Would definitely stay here again!

Miami Beach

Overall a nice unit. One improvement that's needed is an upgrade to the router. Other than the bedroom it's located in you can't use Wifi anyplace else. The adult only pool is not open going into 2022 and the other one is small with out much space around it. Trash around the pool also wasn't picked up regularly. Cabana's seen in pictures really don't exist. They are all closed and have old furniture laying outside. Pool Area in general in need of major rehab. Work out area as well very out of date with poor ventilation and no AC working. All else in description was accurate enough. Impressed with owners quick response to questions. Kitchen well stocked with good coffee maker filters starter packs etc. Convenient on site store for basic services.

Great place!

This property was FABULOUS. It is well appointed, very clean, and lots of room for everyone. The location is wonderful. The beach is nice and less crowded, but yet it’s only a short Uber to the South Beach area. The staff is very friendly and provides great service. We would definitely stay in this condo again if traveling back to Maimi.

Great rental, Great time.

This property was amazing. It was large enough for 6 adult men to sleep and relax. Beach was beautiful as was the only open pool. Second pool was closed for renovations and we weren’t allowed to use the private cabana that came with the rental unit. Wonderful time.

Fantastic Getaway

The property was gorgeous and in a fantastic location. Good food options nearby and a short walk downstairs to the beach. The host was more than accommodating and responded quickly. I am thankful for all their help when our trip was in jeopardy due to weather and unforeseen construction.

Great location and beautiful place

Most everything was accurate., clean and well taken care of. The staff at The Alexander was very accommodating. The bedroom with the 3 single beds was set up differently... This unit sleeps 7 PLUS there was a cot PLUS there was a futon. One person slept on it, I'm not sure if it was designed for more than one adult? I needed a pillow and blanket for the futon... The service was pretty quick, once I was able to get a hold of someone. All -in-all... 5 Star stay, I definitely recommend this unit...Thank You!

Quality Stay

The apartment was very true to the ad. Clean when we arrived and fairly easy check-in process. The only complaints from the group were that the WiFi needed an extender or something because it did not reach the entirety of the rental. Also the iron did not work and the roller beds didn't lock. All &All a good stay, would rent again.
