Perfect for a Miami stay!

The apartment was beautiful and the views were stunning! We enjoyed the amenities, like a very comfortable bed, power shades, en-suite washer & dryer, and the swimming pool. We definitely recommend!

Great views and location!

Great corner unit with lots of natural light! Very clean and welcoming. Sitting on the balcony looking over the Biscayne Bay was a great way to relax. Location was prefect, close to many restaurants and places to walk. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Definitely would stay here again!

Corner unit with great views of the parks and marina below with the bay beyond. Unit is solid windows on 2 sides. Well appointed, clean, and all in working condition. Bottle of wine was a nice welcoming touch. Lots of restaurants one block away

The views from the apartment are amazing. The property itself it’s flawless and pristine. I didn’t have a good experience communicating with the host. I received so many texts that is hard to follow instructions. One of which I missed and the host kept calling my cel phone during a business meeting. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable

The best place to be…

I have had the pleasure of staying at 5 different units, from June to December. They all had everything you could want and more. When you have to move around that much, it is a wonderful feeling that you feel like you are home, when you walk in the door. They were all different, but furnished beautifully , views that keep you relaxed, and always being so helpful, I’ll be going back again and truly looking forward to it. Gail

Perfect location

The location could not be better walking distance to everything Coconut Grove as to offer. The unit was also very nice and as described on the listing. What brings it down a notch is the utter lack of amenities. The sheets were threadbare and pilled, one tiny bar of soap for a 5 day stay, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. We loved the location enough that we will definitely come back but with just a few upgrades and more attention to detail, this could be a 5 star unit

Perfect, but read this before you check in.

Everything about this property met up with our expectations. Incredible view and GREAT location. A really lovely condo. Our only warning we want to give is that if you are not familiar with the building, be sure to have the owner or their agent present at check-in. IT IS OUR FAULT, NOT THEIRS, that this did not happen. They were suppose to be there, but we requested a much earlier check in, and they weren't available. The front desk cannot help you with the multiple elevators to the garage, which we got lost in. Nor can they help with the unit's door locks, which are VERY ADEQUATE and safe, but require explanation if you haven't used them before. So you will LOVE this condo, just get yourself escorted to it the first time.

Stylish and fun

Accommodations were very hip and cool, bed was comfy. The neighborhood was walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. Marina view was a sight to behold. Loved the nearby running path. Would love to visit again.

Refuge with a view

I had to telework for a month and this was the most wonderful spot. Good place for walks, lovely staff, all sorts of care for everyone’s safety. Highly recommend for any kind of retreat! And when everything is back to normal I will return for a proper social vacation!

Wow was our first thought when we entered the unit. The view of Biscayne Bay is incredible! The condo is beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Should we return to the Miami area, we would definitely enjoy staying here again!
