Wonderful stay! Fit 6 people just fine with plenty of room to stretch out. 2 spacious balconies also! Great location, close to beach and so many fun things to see and do on ocean drive. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and open late for a good bite to eat most any time of day. The gelato shop next door is delicious also! The building is so safe and well kept. We felt we were the only only ones there for the most part. Everything was perfect! We loved it so much. Also the pool is so nice!

The property was a repeat for us. I wish the pool did not have caution tape. And I wish the property had more sheets and blankets. But other than that the property was in a great location and easy to maneuver. Would stay there again.

Overall, our stay had some great aspects but also several disappointments.

The condo itself is in a fantastic location with beautiful ocean views, and the living area was spacious and comfortable for a group. Check-in was smooth and easy, which we appreciated after a day of travel.That said, we encountered quite a few maintenance and amenity issues that affected our stay. The most significant was the air conditioning not working properly for the first three days—we were unable to cool the unit below 77 degrees, which made it very uncomfortable. To their credit, the management team did eventually get it fixed after we followed up several times, and they provided a partial refund for the inconvenience.Other issues included a non-functional stovetop, a broken fridge door dispenser, mismatched and insufficient patio furniture for six guests, a broken chair at the dining table oddly repaired with a hinge, several non-working outlets, and loud rooftop construction that made using the rooftop pool less enjoyable. The second bedroom also didn’t match the photos, and some basic amenities like a full-length mirror and bedside tables were missing.With some attention to these details and better maintenance, this could be a really great rental. We appreciated the resolution on the AC, but would recommend future guests check in with the host ahead of time to ensure everything is in working order.3/5 stars•1 for location/views•1 for space & layout•1 for responsive check-in and partial refund•-1 for serious AC issue and initial lack of urgency

Could be amazing if tended to with repairs of oven/bathtub/air conditioning condensation issues/general updates and maintenance. Was greeted with very dirty kitchen sink but communication was prompt. Excellent location.

Perfect place

I rented this condo for my family. A family of 5 people. The condo was beautiful, big and modern (the pictures don’t do it justice). The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to everything, the best spot possible. We had an unforgettable vacation there. I totally recommend this place.

Very nice place

Place is huge! A lot of area and balcony space. Location is great. What I didn’t like was while we were sleeping, my sister got woken up by water dripping on her face! The spotlight above the bed was leaking. The sheets were wet and we had to move the bed away. I texted this to them but no one ever came to help or fix the problem. We had to deal with the dripping. They never even asked if it stopped or followed up. HUGE Fire hazzard.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location (with issues)

Our stay at this condo had its share of ups and downs. The views from the two balconies were stunning, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, local attractions, and dining options. The rooftop pool was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the views. The condo itself was spacious, providing ample space for our group. The living areas were comfortable, making it a pleasant place to unwind. However, there were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. Upon arrival, we found that the stove top didn’t work, and a Black and Decker plug-in stove top was placed on the counter as a temporary solution. The ice machine in the freezer was also non-functional, and one of the lock knobs on a balcony door kept falling off. Additionally, the fan in the master bathroom needed replacement. I reported these issues, and while the maintenance person was pleasant and fixed the door knob and stove top, parts for the fan and ice machine needed to be ordered, so the problems persisted throughout our stay. Another frustration was with the late checkout policy. Although offered via email for a small fee, we found out the next morning that it was available only for a limited time, which wasn’t clearly communicated. Had everything been in working order upon our arrival and the late checkout been more accessible, this condo could easily have been a 10 out of 10. Despite these inconveniences, the views, location, and spaciousness still made it a worthwhile stay.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Highly recommend this condo. We really liked everything about it. It is spacious and clean and the location was absolutely perfect at the corner of Ocean Drive and 5th. We were pleasantly surprised at the ocean view and loved the convenience of great pizza and ice cream downstairs! The beach access is right across the street. We rented lounge chairs and a cabana for a day and thought the pricing was reasonable. There are tons of dining options all within walking distance. We did have a little trouble with the hot water heater but a text message to Vacasa guest services received a quick reply and the issue was resolved. One thing we found lacking in the condo was towel bars in the bathrooms. There aren’t any and with a family of 5, we ended up needing to get creative about hanging shower towels to dry on the tops of doors and on the back of chairs. Not ideal but also not a deal breaker. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to our friends and family.

Updates would be great

The location is amazing which we knew when booking. Quiet end of Ocean Dr. but completely walkable. Quiet building. Great views. If the owners would spend just a little money updating, the condo would present so much better and they’d probably be able to charge more. Rusty garbage cans and rusty fridge, all of the grout and caulking needs to be replaced in this unit. We didn’t have enough beach towels and had JUST enough toilet to make it to check-out. The condo itself is very spacious and the beds were comfy. Light & airy. Huge bathrooms. TVs were hard to turn on but we figured it out. We had a great time and know that we know what to expect, we would stay again.

Great condo!

This is a beautiful spacious condo with a perfect location. Ocean views and by great restaurants but just far enough away from the crazy part of south beach. We did have a few issues while staying there.. the oven wasn’t working and the floors were filthy. I did let the property management company know when we checked in. They said they’d send the Housecleaner back over but she never showed up. So we had to wear shoes in the house so our feet didn’t turn black. Pool is also cold and towel hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful. But the location and comfort of the condo were excellent!!

Much larger than expected

This unit is very large with large living areas and very large bathrooms. Two large balconies and a view up Open Blvd. Nice restaurant just next door and we ate there five times. Perfect Miami Beach getaway location!

Great location, very roomy. Cleanliness was okay. It appeared fine but we noticed how dirty our feet got walking around the condo. There also are no towel racks or hooks to hang your towels, which was aggravating as we stayed for 3 days And we had to buy TP But it was very nice and a great location. Parking ( pay) was close by
