The house is a beautiful home in a Beautiful Area of the North Miami Highland Lakes neighborhood, close to the Ocean, close to Aventura Mall. perfect for any type of gathering. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:



— You will have access to the entire two story mansion.

— 6 bedrooms

— 3 bathrooms with bathtub and shower

— separate living room with HD TV and 5 sofa beds

The whole house has Wi-Fi throughout.

— Parking: The front of the house has a driveway with parking for 4 cars.

— We have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps many people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the 2nd floor balcony or pool area.

— Full-sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap

— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge, and various other kitchen utensils.

— If city officials, code enforcement officers, or law enforcement visit the property, please contact us immediately.

— Please be responsible for any packages delivered before, during, or after your stay. We are unable to store, forward, or manage deliveries.

— Landscaping services may occasionally access the yard for routine maintenance such as lawn care, tree trimming, or leaf removal.

— If something isn't working properly, please notify us right away. Maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24 business hours.

— The city may occasionally perform work in the neighborhood, including sidewalk, fencing, or common-area improvements.
