We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. The place was spotless upon arrival and clearly very well cared for. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away.The location was incredibly convenient — close to everything we needed while still feeling quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfy and cozy, the living space was perfect for our needs, and overall it was exactly as described (if not better). Nicole and her husband were in incredibly friendly and attentive as well!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. A great experience from start to finish!

Did not stay, the hostess did not contact me with information on how to get in, after I explained I was leaving and that the only way to contact me while traveling was by text message or gmail which I gave her. She chose to contact me thru the app, which I do not have. I had to make other arrangements for a place to stay. Would like a refund.

My stay at Nicole's was everything I had hoped for. Check in and check out was easy and well explained. All essentials to make my stay enjoyable were in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect! Easy access, (avoiding I-95 and the FL Turnpike) to Hard Rock Stadium and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Both places were my main focus for this trip. After checking out, I accidentally left my laptop computer behind outside, and Nicole texted me to let me know. It was brought inside her home just before it rained! I came back to get it, and got it directly from her! Thank you Nicole!!

Perfect for our quick trip!

We had arrived Saturday morning at 6am for a wedding and thank goodness we were able to rest at Nicole’s lovely unit for a few hours before wedding festivities began. It was clean, super easy to find, and there lots of snacks she provided - thank you Nicole for such a seamless trip for us!

Decent property for individual traveler

Check in process was easy. Neighborhood was mediocre. Exposed wires above the door on the front porch which was surprising. Clear code violation. Space is very small and not very accommodating for two people. Would work well for one person. Did not see any HVAC controls for this rental unit which makes it impossible to control comfort level. Bathroom floor tiles do not appear to meet code regarding nonslip surface. Could pose a danger when stepping out of the shower. Property was well equipped regarding shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.. Basket of snacks and water was very much appreciated. Good water pressure at faucets and shower head. Parking spot is right in front of property which was nice and accommodating. Property could use some upgrades such as baseboard trim and flooring in main area. Luggage racks would be nice to have as there is no place to put your luggage. Flip down table and chairs were not very comfortable for eating in. We were able to smell smoke coming from another area of the property. Also, was able to hear people talking until fairly late in the evening. Overall, this worked for our specific needs at the time, but would not stay at this property in the future.

Was very clean and lots of little extras like slippers and a toothbrush and they provided shampoo conditioner body wash lotion. It had snacks and coffee. They did not have regular black coffee just flavored. And no sugar. But overall nice. The step up into the kitchen area was inconvenient we kept hitting our toes and the sliding pocket door to the bathroom was hard to open and close.
