Great location with a mostly beautiful view. Very walkable location, down the street from Whole Foods and Starbucks. The unit was very clean, spacious and comfortable; TV in every room.As of 3/2026 there is ongoing construction everywhere so there are a few cranes which interferes with the view; construction work starts at 7am promptly and I like to sleep in so this was a large nuisance. Would not be a big deal if I was a morning person. Overall a great stay, and would stay again once construction is finished. Thanks for the hospitality!

Angel was an excellent host once VRBO got us the correct contact info and check-in instructions. Rooftop patio was a nice extra, but the plants could use a little love. The space was comfortable but a little tired.

The "private rooftop" was the main reason we chose this place, but it's completely misrepresented in the photos. Those photos magically omit the construction cranes that are working on the property immediately next to the building and the private rooftop. The view was crappy and there was a LOT of construction noise all day, every day except Sunday.Also, the owner omitted to mention that we needed to lock the condo door behind us. We just pulled it shut (It's a key-code lock) and later realized we left it unlocked the first two days when we were out.The thermostat didn't work, but the owner resolved this with space heaters.
These pix are the actual view from the "private rooftop patio" when looking toward the bay (the same direction as on the vrbo's pic). The building on the right in the top pic (& middle in the lower one is the same as the building in the vrbo picture.

Angel was very nice and responsive. The property was a little more worn down than I expected but not terrible. One of the TVs and a few of the outlets did not work but other than that the place served it's purpose. We enjoyed the rooftop, even with the construction next door.

We were at this property for 2 days before our cruise and it was absolutely amazing!! So cute, clean, spacious, absolutely perfect!! We had 2 granddaughters with us, 17 year olds... having 2 bathrooms was a blessing..the balcony views were stunning!! The location was perfect!! Everything about this property was perfect!! We honestly wished we were there longer...we are definitely planning on going back!! I highly recommend this property!! Communication with the host was great as well!!

Angel the host was helpful, and although the apartment is dated, it had a few nice features like the rooftop area. The downsides were that the building is surrounded by new building construction sites on all sides, and they work from dawn to dusk, so congested and noisy. Definitely needs some updating, but ok if your interest is mostly exploring Miami.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay. From the moment we arrived, the unit had a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout. No amount of airing out helped.The beds were extremely uncomfortable, to the point where getting a decent night’s sleep was nearly impossible and the sheets were old and worn.The unit looked clean, modern, and well-kept online, but the reality did not match. The space felt worn down and poorly maintained with faucets falling off the walls, dirty/ broken baseboards and accumulated dirt in the corners of the floor. Additionally, the building hallways were dirty and grungy.For the price and expectations set by the listing, this stay was not what we hoped for.

I’m not going to beat a dead horse but this penthouse was nice to stay but wasn’t worth the money we paid for it. It had no blinds/curtains in either bath room. It’s close to everything.

The quality of this unit is very poor... Doors are broken (x2k, the shower head was broken and having a copper pipe sticking out of the wall... The smell of the unit was a mix of urine and smoke.. one of the toilets didnt work.. I contacted the owner and they had no flexibility on the situation. I did not stay at this place any of the time it was booked for.... Upon telling the owner she still didn't care to provide any reimbursement or any negotiation of any sort. Extremely poor quality in my opinion and misleading. the VRBO app did not do me well. I transfered to a local hotel and got a new place through a different host provider... A sad first experience through VRBO.

This property was amazing!! The location was everything, it felt safe and was very close to where we needed to be. The ocean was visible from the balcony and the roof top was awesome to hangout at, tan and just relax. The beds were also extremely comfortable and it felt roomy for my friends and I. Would definitely book again!

The property is a perfect blend of simplicity with a Touch of Sophistication. The Private rooftop was the Reason but the evening view was Breathtaking. Location, Location, Location. Absolutely perfect for access to all of Miami entertainment. The FREE designated parking was icing on the cake. I would stay in the same Penthouse for all of my future visits to Miami.

We were very excited to stay at Angel’s penthouse. The unit was spacious and well stocked with basic needs. Angel was very responsive and answered all my questions. The area is safe and walkable to stores like Whole Foods, Walgreens and Publix. It’s a short drive to most popular sites and areas. I was there for Pilates teacher training and the neighborhood has plenty of studios nearby. The private parking was super helpful. The outdoor spaces were absolutely the best part of the unit. Definitely just book, you won’t be disappointed. .
