Loved it!

I booked for a long weekend with my girlfriends and I absolutely loved the house. Personally I wanted a private pool and this delivered on that, so beautiful. Relaxing by the pool daily was the perfect place to be! The home has everything you need, The kitchen has so much more than other vacation rentals I’ve been in. Home is so close to Miami nightlife like 20 minutes. The owners were very responsive and helpful with everything.

Excellent house

Great communication and support. Very responsive. The Keurig was leaking and was replaced with a new one within the day, plus some free pods and cream: above and beyond. The family loved the deep, fluffy towels! Location is handy for everything, do try Pastinos for great Italian! Lots of space, very well laid out for family use. Well equipped kitchen and great laundry facilities especially if you have a toddler (regular laundry). Temperature control is excellent. Pool is not heated but wasn't a problem for us. Parks are within walking distance and the neighborhood was very friendly and safe. Thank you.

Everything excellent, highly recommended, my only complaint is that there is a neighbor who was 7 PM and the police called us for sharing with my family and friends in the pool area it was 7 PM

4 people fit comfortably, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, property manager was responsive and very friendly, close enough to the beach and far enough to enjoy a quiet night.

Convenient location for a family beach vacation. Pleasant stay, it can be a little more clean, especially the master tub, new curtain, more oven dishes. Beach extremely close. Very spacious.

Lovely pool home

Upon arrival the a/c was not working, after several hours and many texts/calls, a technician came out to fix it. We were compensated for the trouble. The house was perfect for what we needed. The house needs some repair, however, it did not affect our stay. Just a note; there are no cushions for the patio furniture (as shown in the pics). The house is well equipped for a nice relaxing stay. The towels are soft and the beds were very comfortable.I recommend staying here.

holiday at palm estate

just to say that we all had the best time at palm estate. Hoist replied all our questions super fast and had one problems in contacting him. the property was prefect for 6 of us, move than enough room for all of us, pool super clean, great location, kitchen had enough tools and plates so that we could cook at home when needed, if we come back to Miami area again we would look at getting this property again. many thanks for the house. jason

Toutes les commodité étaient la , nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour . Le gestionnaire était à notre écoute et a répondu rapidement à nos besoins. Petits points négatifs les bancs de la salle à manger pas très confortables et on aurait plus profité de la piscine si elle avait été chauffée.

Very nice, very clean

Palm Estate was super clean. I didn't understand the check-in instructions and Davin answered right away and was very nice about giving me the instructions. We didn't use the pool as it was too cold. The listing did state dogs are allowed but didn't state that dogs weren't allowed in the pool, that was posted on a sign at the pool. I might not have booked it if I'd known the dog couldn't swim in the pool. The outside bathroom was a definite plus. The back yard was very nice. My only complaint about that is that the grill was charcoal rather than propane. It was also quite dirty. Since we were only there for a week, we didn't want to go out and buy charcoal. My biggest complaint about the week in Hallandale Beach was the traffic. The house was in a very nice quiet neighborhood but getting anywhere was a headache. Almost every intersection had at least 14 roads going in and out of it and locals didn't yield to us. Thank you Davin

Convenance

After a delayed flight with an arrival at 1:30 am, it was so easy to grab the car and quickly get to the house to lie down before working early the next day. Very convenient to so many local place in Miami and Ft Lauderdale. House was very comfortable with a wonderful sitting area in the back. Host had super response time and the wifi was perfect for work to get accomplished. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Best one yet in Hallandale, FL

We’ve rented many houses through the years in this area. This is one of the best ones yet! It’s an older home that has been updated (very typical in south FL) with nice comforts including the beds, several towels for each bedroom/bathroom. In addition, the house was fully stocked with soap, paper products, cleaning products, trash bags, coffee, tea, laundry soap etc. It was super clean, which we really appreciated and didn’t see any bugs at all which was a huge plus. 11/10!

Great stay!

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and well stocked. It was helpful to have garage access since we had more than 2 cars. Easy access to highway and food stores, etc. Third bathroom is outside by pool, so can be hot in summer. Overall a great place to stay and Davin is a great host!
