Host was very responsive. Condo was just as described, clean, and the balcony is fantastic for the view! Beds were comfortable and beach chairs and umbrella service was a great perk since we were not local. Would definitely return!

The apartment location is excellent. The communication with the host (David) was easy; he was very kind and allowed us to do the check in a little earlier. We have stayed at Marenas three times and for dure we would go back.

We stayed here during the week of our daughter’s graduation from FIU. The property was really nice and only steps from the beach. The unit is large and very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean and the city. Everything is in walking distance - restaurants, shops, Publix…

Quick Weekend Retreat

We had a wonderful stay here. We were a group of 4 adults. Our condo offered 2 King suites. The property was clean and inviting. Our condo was beautiful and clean. We had beautiful wrap around views. We enjoyed the Marenas outdoor cafe, just steps from the pool and beach. Communication with the property owner was easy and always quick. We highly recommend this unit.

Great location, good value, but needs some updates

I would stay here again as the location was ideal, the beach and pool amenities were great, and the amount of space/layout was perfect for my husband and I, our nanny, and daughter. We loved the views from the spacious balconies (but be warned they are windy!) We did notice quite a few of the items in the unit could use upgrades or repairs such as chipped/missing wood panels, worn furniture, etc.

The best accomodations for our family!

My husband and I, along with our daughter, son in law, and grandson spent 4 nights in this beautifully laid out condo. The location couldn't have been better. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The construction was actually quite interesting to watch, and was not bothersome to us in any way. Thank you for allowing us to use this beautiful condo.

Sweet Sunny Isles

I traveled with my elderly parents and this property was perfect for us. The simplicity of the layout of the property was perfect for my parents that both have health issues. Due to construction next door access to the beach was limited in the sense that we needed to take the stairs. There were not many and both parents managed well. Beach staff were excellent so helpful and patient. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay away from crowds and over stimulating environments.

4 friends our Husbands' birthday trip

We had an amazing time at this property. Two couples, great privacy and common areas with the balconies. Pay attention to the resort and parking fees. The beach was awesome with the provided chairs and towels. Walked to local bakeries and restaurants. The grocery store is across the street and easily walkable for coffee and snacks. Beautiful and fun high rise property in a beautiful area. The main area with the kitchen and large bay side balcony was really stuffy and warm the last day. Opening the windows was great but too loud with traffic noise. Also could of used more trash liners, tiny vacation trash cans but wanted to clean up after ourselves, property manager answered a text but no liners were received, not a big deal, but we liked to keep our units tidy.
