Giving this unit 4 stars. The unit it's self was beautiful, stunning views, fully equipped kitchen. Great shower. Comfortable king bed. Very clean. Deducted one star because when I book a "Luxury" unit I expect higher end furniture. The Livingroom sofa is about 12 - 14" off the floor. Making it next to impossible to get up from it (we are over 50) Sadly the weather was cooler, so we spent more time indoors than planned. Making our relaxing TV time not enjoyable because we did not use the sofa. Instead, we sat in our "Luxury" unit on the kitchen chairs which were also not comfortable. The drawstring on the shades was broken because it was a plastic chain (again cheap) management offered to fix but I declined. The bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom was extremely wobbly! Thank goodness we did not need or use as it was a definitely safety hazard. Again, manage was helpful we agreed they could fix it after we checked out. And also the balcony furniture could of / should of been so much nicer. If this unit would have had quality furniture it would be a 5 star unit. The Vallet service worked well. Unfamiliar with area so we took the free Miami beach trolly and utilized Ubers. Sadly no place to dine in the building. We found a great restaurant across the street called Bernie's .. excellent food! I would not pay the high dollar to stay here again even though the views were 5 star all day and night.
