    Please note that the building does not have on-site parking, but there are several parking options available. You can find off-street parking, free from 3 AM to 9 AM. Public parking is available three blocks south on 27th Collins Avenue and six blocks north on 36th Collins Avenue. Alternatively, you can use valet parking at Hotel RIU for $30 per day. For a more economical option, parking is available at 400 W 42nd St, Miami Beach, FL 33140, for only $8 per day, about a 15-minute walk from the property. The free trolley service can take you right to the parking garage.

    For your convenience, we recommend downloading the PARKMOBILE app to easily extend your parking time from your phone.

    We provide limited quantities of basic items to start your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Please plan to bring additional supplies if needed. Each registered guest will receive one bath towel, so if you need more, please bring extras.

    If you have a late flight and need to store your luggage, the Luggage Lounge is a convenient option located at 235 9th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139, just a short Uber ride away.

    Please respect our check-in and check-out times:

    - **Check-in:** No earlier than 3 PM (If earlier, a $50 fee will apply).
    - **Check-out:** No later than 10 AM (If not respected, $30 per hour will be charged for rescheduling the cleaning service).

    To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following rules:

    - Leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it (clean your dishes, take out the trash).
    - **No Sand:** Please ensure no sand is brought into the apartment, especially in the bathroom or bathtub.
    - **No Parties or Events:** We maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
    - **Noise Control:** No noise or loud music after 10 PM.
    - **No Smoking Inside:** A $250 fee will apply if this rule is broken.
    - **No Extra Guests:** Without prior approval.
    - **Trash Disposal:** Please do not store trash in the apartment for days. Use the trash chute in the lobby daily (behind the door marked "exit").
    - **Key Lost:** $50 fee plus any additional expenses for unlocking the place.
    - **Laundry Card Lost:** $100 fee.

The host, Ilya, was very quick to respond. The apartment was very well equipped- extra towels and linens, nice furnishings, working appliances and AC, and great location! The building was quiet and clean. The elevator worked.
