Nice view, clear check in instructions. The key fob didn’t work most of my trip which made it inconvenient we had to ask others to let us in multiple times. Other than that nice stay.

Down-comforters on a Budget

Excellent facility, and Service. The Property Manage Andrea was so sweet and attentive. She responded timely and met expectations. The Down-comforters and Pillows were tempting to steal, similar to the robes at the Ritz.

The property was very nice. Great ocean and intercostal views from the 15th floor. Andrea, the property manager, was the highlight. She went out of her way to assist with a couple things and promptly responded.

Gorgeous, clean, perfect location

Really great, clean location. Less than a mile to supermarket, practically across the street from the beach, and communication with the host was perfect. If you’re planning to cook, considering bringing in your own spices including salt and pepper. Decently stocked with cooking utensils and dishes and such. There is also a great supply of beach chairs!

Nice and. Clean

The condo is beautiful, location is perfect, Andrea was nice sometimes she will be late with the response but I understand she was probably busy. My. Only suggestion is to update the bathroom, specially the bath tub it does need some renovations. Overall I was very happy with this place.

Reviewer Comments: Realmente es un gusto poder hospedarse en estos hermosos departamentos frente al mar, además de estar todo excelente en las condiciones de limpieza mantenimiento y equipamiento de las unidades, pero además un punto fuerte a destacar es la atención permanente y sin demora de respuesta de los administradores que proveen todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea óptima, desde información objetos de uso cotidiano o cualquier necesidad que surja durante la estadía, son unos anfitriones de lujo.

From arrival in Miami we were well received by the consultant Fred who presented us all the apartment and facilities of the condo and condo.
