Muy buena opción si asistes a la Miami Marathon

Muy buena ubicación y excelente vista de la ciudad. Piscina, gimnasio, recepción de correspondencia. Cerca de zona de bares, restaurantes y del nuevo y exclusivo Brickell City Center. Publix y Walgreens a unos metros y la estación del Metromover a sólo unos pasos.

Breakfast service would have been welcome. I suppose towel replacements also appreciated if the stay would have been longer. The rate was good , except you get unexpected charges at the end that seem a bit high.

Great value for an apartment stay in Brickell. Location was good for walking but a couple of ubers cancelled on usbecause they couldnt find it, the street is a dead end l think. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was clean & spacious. There is nowhere to leave suitcases like you can at a hotel. Overall, we enjoyed it & I would stay here again.

Excellent location - minutes walk from Brickell station (bus, and multiple transit line options). Also within 5 minute walk to a Publix and a Walgreen to buy groceries or supplies. Steps to a family-friendly park with outdoor seating, great playground area, and used by many community members. Easy to access pool. Area felt very safe. The apartment and linens were clean. The apartment had been updated, and no issues with cleanliness or layout. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and host was kind enough to provide one tab to do laundry. Good amount of dish washing liquid and soap,shampoo, conditioner provided for stay. If you plan to cook, equipment similar to a self-catering cottage - basic cooking utensils and equipment provided, but as previous reviewers noted, all food (including condiments, oil, salt and pepper) must be brought in. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in the apartment, it accommodated our group of six with ease and we were happy to use it as our 'home base' while traveling.

I thought this was an actual hotel. I was mislead. It turned out to be a vacation rental. The front desk staff doesn’t work for the hotel. When we arrived, it was too early to check in, so we asked if they can hold our luggage until it is time, and they said they can’t and explained they don’t work for the owner and that this was not a hotel. They called the owner, and he said he will be there in an hour or so, but when the cleaning staff arrives, we can store the luggage in the apartment. We waited about an hour in the lobby, then owner called to say we can place our luggage upstairs while they are cleaning. Walls needed painting, especially breakfast bar. Tub in one of the 2 baths was dirty, One used roll of bathroom tissue in each bath, almost used to the end, so the 6 of us were trying to be courteous to the others, by limiting use. Looked in cabinets, no extras. Tissue box was really wet, so no one was going to use it. 2 twin size beds in one room and one queen bed in the other with uncomfortable mattresses, 4 towels for 6 people wasn’t enough. It didn’t accommodate 6 people comfortably as we booked for 6. They count the sectional in the living room as a bed! Again, there is no front desk staff to call and get extra towels, bathroom tissue, or anything! Thank God I booked for one night. On the bright side, the view from the balcony was beautiful, but we couldn’t wait to leave to go home and shower. One good thing, the view from the Balcony was nice.

The property is excellent. Much better as it´s shown in pictures. Apartment is great. Clean, comfortable and great amenities. When I have a few problems (not caused from the property) Customer service was always eager to help and assist to make you feel comfortable.

Great location, nice apartment. Not a Hotel so no service like in a Hotel. It is an appartment rental. Good Value. It was exactly what i was looking for. Could have used more towels as one towel is all you get per person for the entire stay. Free valet for car is nice. Walk to Brickell village.

Advertise the “all in” price

The actual price is almost 3X what is advertised on hotels.com. You only realize how much all the “taxes and fees” after your reservation is confirmed. NOT cool.

Great place and great location

It was a really good location. Fairly close to down town. Literally everything you need is just around the corner. The apt was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone. I will for sure be staying there again on my next visit.

Hard beds, bad pillows, no coffee. Checkout was at 1100. We got back at 1057. Good thing we were already packed. They guy had the door open, was waiting outside on rudely told me check is now. We left about a minute late. In all of my time staying at hotels I have never had someone do that.

Really nice

I didn't realize when I booked that this was a unit in an apartment building (rather than a full-service hotel) but I was fine with it. There is no daily maid service but it is no problem to get more towels or whatever you need. 24-hour valet was included in my rate and each night my vehicle was safely tucked into an indoor garage. The rooms have walk-in closets, full kitchens, washer/dryers, the building has an excellent fitness center, a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. I've already booked future stays here:)
