This was my 5th VRBO experience as a guest, maybe I've just had good luck in the past, I will be more diligent in the future. Host service company was very responsive. Don't know if i ever actually got the owner. The property was in a "sketchy" location in my opinion, I suggest you use street view to peruse area. Train noise one night was terrible, street noise from cars or motorcycles was awakening every night of our stay. The walls in the dining area we badly gouged upon our arrival, I noted to management with pics. There were no forks only one spoon some knives and various cooking utensils. No ice maker, but there was leftover unidentifiable food in the ice bin. One trash bag no paper towels or napkins. Sink in kitchen was falling away from countertop. TV remote in downstairs bedroom didn't work. Bathroom sinks just dribbled water. I will say, the management company offered to rectify the silverware and maybe the kitchen sink issue, but we chose to not have people working there without our presence. We traveled for the Miami Boat show, I was hosting some friends and thoroughly embarrassed by the property.
