Gorgeous beach view!

This cozy apartment maximizes a small space and provides easy access to both the pools and the beach. The views are simply stunning! The building is well maintained and the unit appears recently renovated. The owners provided clear and helpful instructions and the unit is well stocked. One small note of caution: If staying with guests in the smaller twin bedroom be aware that it is *really* small and closed in without any air flow; it was uncomfortable for two adults in our case although that is personal preference. Thanks for a nice stay!

Excellent in every way

The vacation rental folks are very organized, detailed and communicative. The property is exactly as listed. The view of the ocean and beach are phenomenal. The kitchen is a full kitchen and the master suite is excellent. The third bedroom is pretty small without windows and is probably best for a child or two. The pool and beach areas are great, location is good. No constructive feedback. Everything was excellent across the board. Probably will rent again.

Birthday get away

This property is beautiful and located in a quite area in Miami Beach. There was a free trolley right outside the front entrance to take you to South Beach. I would stay here again.

Amazing views

Views were amazing. Room was clean and just as pictured. Check in process was hectic as they said they couldn’t find my information at first and you need to provide cc for towel/pool wrist bands. Everything else was great including the pool bar. Waiters were awesome! One pool wasn’t opened, but never felt crowded in the one. Would def recommend!!

Fun get away

We were 5 girls for a long wknd get away We thought it was a three bedroom apartment But it was like a one bedroom with a large closet that housed 2 twin beds without windows and no space to move in the room The other so called bedroom had no closet and was very small with three small beds And the living room had a small sofa with two seats For the price and description that it is a three bedroom apartment I thought it was a total misrepresentation We had a good time but felt cheated

Nice Condo

Enjoyed the condo we were in, and of course the view! The Building looked like they were a couple of weeks out from finishing their rehab. The only thing that I would suggest is for the owner to maybe leave some sort of list for places to shop and eat. I’ve never been to Miami, and some suggestions would have been awesome. The condo was very clean and nice, and for the most part we enjoyed our stay.

Old Property

The manager was great! The property is old, outdated and the people working there are terrible. Complete cluster. There is only one working elevator for all of the floors and there was a super long line to get on and off. The pool was cold and the hot tubs were disgusting. One was broken and the other stunk so much. I would not recommend this property.

Spring Break 2020

Mark communicated quickly and was pleasant to deal with. Condo itself has the best location in the high rise and the only sunroom. Building is still under reno so there was construction noise during normal business hours. Pool staff and valets were friendly and efficient. The little market in the building was super convenient.

While the location was great, the continued construction and limited elevator availability was burdensome. We also had booked and paid for a 3 bedroom only to be told shortly before our trip that they had double booked us. While they moved us to a 2 bedroom and found a one bedroom on a different floor, it wasn’t what we had reserved and we had to pay for the one bedroom as well. We also had our door jam shut and fall off the hinges while we were there. Maintenance did come and fix it same day but it would have been nice to have that taken care of before our arrival. They also shut off usage of the trash chutes while we were there.
