Location 10/10, Views 10/10, Space and Listing Accuracy 10/10, Service 10/10. Dishwasher was not working, someone came in right away and fixed it.Cleanliness 6/10. At first glance it was bright and clean however it was a bit dusty and could have used a dust and mop throughout. Rug in the living room needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced, couches need to be cleaned. Checkout 0/10. We left the unit at 10:45 and found out that only 2 out of 6 elevators were working, right at checkout time. We waited for the elevator for about ONE HOUR and finally gave up and took the stairs 18 FLOORS down to the lobby carrying all of our luggage. That is unacceptable. What if it was someone in a wheelchair? The renters said the building was out of their control, I can understand that but it is still unforgivable that a 48 story building would have this kind of issue. Very disappointed. Could have missed our flight.
