Some things were amazing and some were terrible so 3 stars is a bit of an average between absurdly bad service for an absurdly amazing apartment. The issue was we had a problem with the bed in the master bedroom (it squeaked loudly at the slightest movement, so all night any body movement caused noise that woke us). Without going through the incredibly frustrating back and forth we had, the gist is: we flagged it immediately and nothing was fixed and there wasn’t even a basic “we’re really sorry”. One time they came and said they fixed it, but when we got back it still made noise. We followed up with them about it not working and the response was that they already fixed it. The communications were like dealing with something between a bot and a very poorly trained service person. Another example: when I expressed frustration that on day one they said they would replace it the next day, and on day 2 they said they wouldn’t replace it but that they would fix it and then when it wasn’t fixed, the response I got was “your comfort is our highest priority.” The apartment itself is amazing in terms of size and cleanliness and location. Probably the biggest apt in the best location in the entire hotel. Some of the furniture is a bit rickety (coffee table would shake if you rested a drink on it), but nice and clean and modern looking. Great apartment but just hope meaningful nothing goes wrong. Our experience seems similar to the people who had the AC issue

INCREDIBLE apartment in Miami Beach

I booked the penthouse for my birthday. The villa is perfect - right in the middle of the hotel with the BEST views. It was spacious and very clean. Host and cleaning were very responsive and helpful. Would highly suggest to anyone who loves Miami and needs a great spot for family and friends to come together.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Thebone complex is excellent. There is no reason to leave the property I has everything! The rooftop bar/restaurant is a must go place as is all of the other amenities. The penthouse is spectacular, views, accommodations are all 5 star. Miami is cery walkable. I will only stay here when in Miami!

Absolutely Fantastic

My friend and I are both getting married, so this was a 2 grooms, 1 bachelor party type of vacation. We booked our stay for 5 nights and the room was perfect for us. We were blown away to find out that we were on the top floor, smack dab in the middle of the property facing the water. The view was fantastic. Before arriving, we used the property manager's concierge to help do a grocery / beverage run. Upon arrival, everything was wonderfully organized and stocked in the refrigerator. I highly recommend this. They also helped us with booking all of our transportation during our stay (sprinter vans). The suite is very spacious and the 4 bedrooms were very nice. We loved that there were 5 bathrooms, so everyone had plenty of space to get ready. I would stay there again and I highly recommend this place to anyone who might be considering it.

Our stay

The unit is nice but we had bad experience with air-conditioning in the rooms. The management company keep saying they will fix it but it never happened . 4 day sleeping in 80% heat was very unpleasant. I feel like unit on that level should be taking care of a little bit better. I also tried to reach out to VRBO and I got nowhere. Keep filing a complaint with no resolution.

Amazing Miami Getaway

If you are thinking about staying somewhere in Miami - you've found it! We had such an amazing time staying at this location. From the start of the booking process to our actual stay, this management group was the most accommodating and helpful of anyone I've worked with. The view is immaculate, the furnishings are lux, and the property has access to the hotel with every amenity you'd ever be looking for! Our group of 10 girls had a wonderful stay, though we did decide to add one roll-away bed for added comfort - which the property made very easy to add. Could not more highly recommend a property, room, guest service, or location in Miami!

Great condo in south beach

Rented this condo for a bachelorette. It was a steep price but we had plenty of room and bathrooms which was important for a group of adult women. Also felt extremely safe which was important to the group. The property was fun to hang out on, and was also convenient to restaurants and nightlife. Staff was excellent throughout the property. And the property managers were very nice and responsive. We were able to check in early to help set up which was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay- great customer service, true to photos & enjoyable

It’s not often you stay at a property that exceeds expectations based on a few photos- but i can say wholeheartedly that this was a phenomenal experience. We fit 7 here COMFORTABLY- beds were comfortable and clean. Also- special shout-out to Adriana from five star luxury travels for going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay.
