Diego was a great host and very responsive. Condo was definitely one of the cleannest we have stayed in. That was excellent. His assistant Marcello will help you check in, to get your key, and if you speek Spanish thats a plus but not necessary. I would recommend replacing the sofa bed mattress , leaving more bathroom towels and wash cloths. Other than that, it was perfect and I would recommend choosing Diego' s condo.

Stay was good. Place looks clean. Easy to get in and out with lock door. Need fob to utilize other areas which is nice. The bedding needs updating. Shows stains on quilts. Towels have some staining as well. Shower has great water pressure. Beach chairs are available in closet look a little weathered but nice to have. Pool was great temperature. Perfect spot right by the beach. Otherwise nice place for a 2 nights.

Trust the check in process.. it was giving a little sketch being sent to this person then that person… but they were so nice.The apartment is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Great stay

This was a great stay! Everything was a described. We would stay again for sure. I like that it is walking distance to a Publix to get groceries. We also used the pay laundry space which was nice. The pool and beach were perfect! There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Bring your own washcloths and hair dryer. Also, bring extra trash bags as only 1 is provided.Other than these minor details it was a great space for my family of 4!

Wonderful unit!

Overall our stay was great! Had some issues communicating with property manager. The unit is exceptional. Everything was just as shown and listed. Could definitely use some new pillows in bedroom. A few more towels and wash cloths would be nice also. We loved it and will definitely return in the near future

Beautiful Condo with Pool & Beach Access

We had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, well appointed for a family, 3 beds, a large pool, and a large private beach. The owner and property manager were very helpful and communicative. The bathroom shower could use a little work, but otherwise it was a great experience - highly recommend!

Great spot!

We were right on the beach and the listing is perfectly accurate. Great view, great beach access and great pool! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 4-10 and the apartment suites our need very well. Super clean and spacious, we were very comfortable and happy. Thanks for having us!

Lovely modern condo. Comfortable and very stylishly furnished. Everything you need is there. Well equipped kitchen, beach chairs etc. Comfy beds, lots of towels etc.Steps to lovely beach or pool if you want. No problem getting bed by the pool.

Great location and facility. Elevators were awful. First day we got stuck in freight elevator and it was out of use the rest of the week. Often waited 15-20 minutes to get an elevator down that wasn’t full.

5 Day Stay

The building itself is the old and dingy. The apartment was not that way. Cleanest floors I have ever had in a vacation rental. Nice lay out. Enjoyed having a leather couch, felt more clean. Bathroom is small. Thought the plunger and toilet bowl brush being stored in this small bathroom was gross but typical. Wash clothes for showering, additional garbage bags, and tissues/kleenex were not provided which was a miss for us but minimal overall to our experience. Balcony for this unit is perfect view of ocean, buildings, and people watching below with great protection from very busy/loud city street on entrance of the property. Happy beach chairs and umbrella were provided in closet. We wanted to enjoy the beach and have a really comfortable/more luxurious apartment to retreat to and make our own meals and this provides exactly that. We did not venture far because we enjoyed ourselves on site and wanted to avoid busy/low end city streets. No free standing restaurants within walking distance. All are hotel type restaurants that are pricey.

Great location!

My top 3 requirements for booking a property are beach, pool and view. This property met all of these requirements. 5 min Urber drive to the Hollywood boardwalk. Overall a very good property and would recommend.

Very clean and nice condo with good location

The place was overall lovely. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen included everything we needed. There were four of us staying and there was ample room for each of us. The location was great with the proximity to the beach a plus and many restaurants only a short drive away. The check-in process was a little shaky, as our group got in past the time that the condominium office was open and was unable to get a key fob until the next morning. A bit more information about this ahead of time would have been nice. However, we were able to obtain access to the condo that night anyways and the front desk staff were kind to help us. The host got back to us very quickly about the mix up and was helpful. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Would absolutely stay again.
