READ OTHER REVIEWS and be aware: there is effectively no way to contact the owner or property management prior to arrival. The contact information provided in the listing went unanswered, and the Special Instructions listed were not upheld.
Upon arrival, the “front desk” provided a different phone number and contact name on a Post-it note, which was the first time we were given a usable point of contact. Until then, we had no way to reach anyone.
As a result, we lost half a day of our vacation standing in the Design District with all of our luggage after disembarking from a cruise, simply trying to confirm basic information about bag storage. The front desk can assist with signing the agreement and issuing keys, but anything beyond that requires contacting the owner. The front-desk attendant was visibly uncomfortable speaking with the owner.
We were told in person that an early check-in at 2:00 PM could be accommodated. However, when we returned, we learned that neither the owner nor the front desk had coordinated with housekeeping, resulting in additional delays.
Eventually, messages were received from the owner via Expedia, but not in a timely or useful manner. A welcome message was not received until our second day at the property, and checkout instructions arrived only after we had already returned home to Colorado. Additionally, these messages were only accessible via desktop and not on mobile, further limiting their usefulness during travel.
