🔹 Check-in / Check-out

- Check-in: From 4:00 PM.

- Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

- Early check-in or late check-out: $60 + tax, subject to availability. Request one day in advance.

🔹 Reception Registration

- Guests must register at the front desk with a valid photo ID.

- If arriving after 10 PM, register before 11 AM the next day or a double registration fee may apply.

🔹 Garage Remote

- Provided inside the apartment.

- Lost or damaged remote: $120 replacement fee.

🔹 Luggage Storage

- Free during office hours with advance notice.

🔹 Packages

- Accepted up to 30 days before arrival.

- $5 per small package; $10 per large package.

🔹 Towels & Supplies

- Towels are not replaced during the stay.

- Basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided for the first night only. Guests must purchase additional supplies as needed.

🔹 Safe Box

- Use a four-digit code followed by the letter A.

- After-hours assistance due to incorrect operation: $150 fee.
