The balcony and views of the beach and intracoastal waterway were excellent. The host StaySol was also very responsive to our concerns during our stay and assisted promptly when I asked for supplies.Nonetheless the property and unit were quite outdated and not a luxury property. The unit was dingy and needed to be updated. Floors were very scuffed and dirty, furniture worn out, kitchen lacked adequate supplies (i.e. only 1 small pan was available!); linens were threadbare, master bathroom tub had structural cracks on sides and towels provided were threadbare (and only 1 washcloth). The unit was not cleaned thoroughly i.e. toothpicks/floss picks were left on counters in bedroom! I do expect that initial supplies should be stocked to at least start the stay such as tissues and trash bags. Only one trash bag was supplied for a 2 bedroom unit.The staff of this property did not seem friendly nor competent. The front desk did the minimum (i.e. give you your key) and did not provide further info regarding elevators/restaurants/pools etc. The beach chairs and tables were broken and chairs had broken slates. Also FYI the hotel claims that they are unable to hold bags, but again it depends on who you ask i.e. front desk says no but bellman says yes. And when you need to retrieve your bags, the employees couldn't figure out who was responsive for retrieval! I ended up trying to find my luggage on my own.
