Cozy spot that provides everything you need for a basic stay. Slightly damp smell upon entering, and the red light in the hallway outside the bedroom window takes some getting used to, but it’s perfect for a budget traveler.

Our overall experience at this location was very good. The room had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to laundry appliances and it’s close by multiple food outlets/ restaurants. This made our stay in Wynwood very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend here to stay if you plan to visit Wynwood.

Great little apartment with a balcony. Really easy to find and get in/out of. Was clean and decorated nicely, comfortable for the weekend we stayed. Walked to plenty of restaurants

Very clean room, helpful staff, in a beautiful part of the city. with lots to enjoy and a beautiful rooftop view. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the area, unit, and amenities - would stay here again! Would have been nice to have a brita filter as to not drink tap water or buy water during my stay. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Great place to stay as it’s right in the middle of Wynwood and you can walk for coffee, restaurants etc but if you have a car it’s inconvenient. Have to fight to find street parking or park in a garbage that’s pretty price per night. But if car is not an issue, it’s a good value for your money.

Location is in center of Wynwood. Be mindful that this is a more partying area in town but the apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Keep in mind parking is $40 PER night at the lot nearby. We did find parking everyday on street but this was during the week. By Friday night, parking was limited on street. The apartment is very quiet but it felt safe. Pool is also nice.

The “window” is not an actual window and you don’t get to see outside. They are windows inside and it doesn’t open. Very misleading

I did not drive on this trip but the area only seems to give street parking only or open : meter lots ! Idk BUT the host was accessible during booking but very delayed during staying . The room was everything to name. No complaints, other than bedroom tv constantly loses Wi-Fi connection . The picture also shown ( main picture with green outside ) couldn’t find on site . Definitely would stay again for solo traveling . Good area , next to a lot of things ( Miami rd ) . I love to walk and this was perfect for walking and site seeing .

It took me a couple of hours to find the info with entry codes. Then it did not work...eventually, after multiple trips to the rooftop pool deck, I was able to get a cell signal and a new code that did work. I liked the space, deco was on point, and the rooms were comfortable & practically appointed. No cell reception in the basement 2 bedroom...was problematic. I would have moved had we not paid in advance for a non refundable rate...that was different each day. I really liked the location & the pool too, but no parking & no cell was a deal killer for any potential revisit.

There is no parking and to park its 26$ every 8 hours , the room was nice outside tge fact that it was dirty the rugs hadnt been vacuumed in a while , there was no curtains in the huge window for the living room but the brackets and pole were there , there was a quarter roll of toilet paper and no paper towels when i asked the cleaning person for both I got I no speak english so I had to get them myself, and the best part ever the comforter on the bed had a huge hole in it as well as a stain , ohh and there were joint roaches on the back balcony and the pool had stuff all in the bottom , aside from that it was okay . Will not be back wish i could upload pictures

I was misled by the description as it said the room has a window. The window was to the hallway. It wasn’t a window to outside where I can see sunlight. Also, the unit smelled really like someone had a cat that urinated in the unit. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. It was raced sporadic. I had to go three several occasions to a nearby coffee shop in order to connect to Wi-Fi and attend my three Zoom meeting. It was not a pleasant day. This is my second time staying in this location. The first time was phenomenal. Well I stay there again? Not under the condition conditions aforementioned.

I had a very concerning experience with this stay. Upon arrival, I used the access information provided, but when I entered the unit, it was already occupied by other people. This was extremely uncomfortable and unsettling. To make matters worse, the hallway lights were out, which made the situation feel even more unsafe and sketchy. I attempted to contact the host multiple times throughout the night and was unable to get any response. Due to the circumstances, I had no choice but to find a last-minute booking elsewhere. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
