First of all, the unit was impeccable, beautiful, spacious, new, modern, with lots and lots of closet and storage space, upgraded appliances and in unit washer dryer (although we were unlucky that the dryer did not work properly half the time).Unfortunately, once you open the door to the balcony, you see the big ugly utility wall of the delivery section of the hotel next door, as well as the garbage containers full to the top , and all the noisy delivery big rig trucks coming in and out from approximately 6 am to late at night, 7 days a week, so you really couldn’t use the balcony to look at the very small partial view of the ocean, or even keep a window or balcony door open.So you have the choice of staying in a beautiful place like this, with no quiet outdoor space, or get a less modern unit but with full ocean views and quiet atmosphere, that is not well over 300 U.S. a night, like this was.
