unit was as described. a few things I had issues with the unit. 1.) I don't like any light in my room when I sleep.The blinds in the bedrooms are sheer and do not block out any light. There are spot lights down below which point up at the building and they light up the bedroom considerably at night. I would recommend the owners think about black out shades in the bedrooms. This next portion is more based on the property. From friday night until saturday night one of the two elevators is in 'shabbat mode'. What this means is that that elevator will stop on every floor if you are on it. So it limits everyone else to only use one elevator which during those times can be full of people and you'll have to wait maybe even several elevators trips before you can get on. The pool bar- there were 7 of us. We each had one shot and one drink so a total of 14 drinks. It was 390!!!!! There's a 22% mandatory tip included in anything you order. So be warned. They also check to make sure you don't bring your own drinks or food to the pool area. So if you are thinking of bringing your own they will refuse you entry.

I enjoyed every single moment of my stay. Let me just start with the cleanliness how clean this condo is. Everything was just immaculate. It was spacious and just simply beautiful the kitchen and the living room the bathrooms just beautiful everyone in my birthday girls trip loved it so much we enjoyed the pool area the café downstairs with the sandwiches and wraps and coffee. It was just like a mini resort and I am beyond thrilled that we picked this particular unit the owner Mark was very responsive with any questions I had to ask he gladly answer right away. I will definitely book here again whenever we are back in Miami thank you so much, Mark your place made my birthday so special. It was great 10 out of 10.

Family & Friends Miami Beach getaway!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Went summer 2024 with adult friends only … loved it so much came back with our kids and another family. We got 2 connecting suites. It was amazing with plenty of space for all… especially having 4 bathrooms. Only small issue was that washer and dryer didn’t work in the room so we couldn’t do laundry or help wash linen. Although there was a laundry room at end of hallway, we just never found time to make it. There was plenty of towels and linens that lasted all 4night 5 day stay. Bathrooms were fully equipped with all the bathroom necessities as well. Our booking agent was very helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back! Next time, adults only so we can stay out later! You won’t regret booking this place with amazing views!

Great accommodations for a large group

This place was perfect to celebrate my friend's 50th bday. We had a group of 10 and this worked out great! The only thing I would say to be a bit careful of is the resort pool as you cannot bring anything with you and it is very expensive to get drinks/food. Otherwise it was a great experience, highly recommend it. Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday stay in paradise

We were a party of 8 adults. The property is lovely. Beautiful views. Clean and very well stocked. We were very surprised. We would recommend this property. The beach location was great easy access to wherever you wanted to go!

Location, Location, Location

Location of this unit is perfect. Restaurants are walking distance. Kids loved the beach, pool, and food service. Unit is a little dated but excellent for large groups. I would definitely stay here again.

As good as it looks

We stayed here for spring break. We were four moms and four high school senior boys and this property was everything listed and more. The layout is perfect and spacious. The bathrooms were very well stocked with towels, paper products and toiletries. The kitchen had everything you could need and we were able to cook most meals at ‘home’ with ease. The location of this property was also great. The free trolley can take you to the grocery store and to south beach for shopping, eating and more action. We also rented a cabana on our departure day and that was terrific! It gave us another full day, knowing we had a bathroom and shower to use before heading to the airport. Our group had a fantastic trip and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Family Vacation

I choose this location because of the space to accommodate my adults kids, grandkids, my sister and her grandkids. The condo was large and well equipped with plenty of room & clean towels for everyone. The proximity to the beach/view was definitely at the top of the list. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and big condo

This property is great for a large group. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updates. The shower in one of the bathrooms only works on hot scalding water and was unusable. The location is great with private access to the beach. The ocean view from the condo was amazing.

We rented this space for my bachelorette party, great location! Right on the beach with easy access and a private pool for the hotel. About a 15min drive to anything we wanted to do on Ocean Drive. The space itself was great, plenty of room for a big group. The only thing we didn’t like was the appliances in the kitchen. The stove and dishwashers are pretty outdated, so if you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, keep this in mind. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they responded very quickly.
