Check-in was a confusing, embarrassing, frustrating, and very expensive mess. Imagine your worst trip to the DMV to kick off your vacation (rude people though glass partitions, dark hallways, locked doors, dozens of signs telling you all the things you can’t do and how they’ll fine you for them if you do, misinformation requiring multiple backtracks to previous places, SO MANY FEES, etc). You feel like they REALLY don’t want you there!!!But, once that was over our stay was quite nice. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The balcony has a partial ocean view. The beds were comfortable. And the beach chairs & umbrellas were very useful.The apartment walls need some cosmetic repair and the tv was a little glitchy (not sure if it was the internet speed or the tv itself). The host was fairly responsive.

pros: location, location, and location! you cannot beat it! right on the ocean with the nice size pool. the apartment was very well equipt with all kinds of supplies for the kitchen and the beach.cons: cleanliness should be better, and overall the appartment is outdated and needs renovation.

The condo was everything as described. Great beach location. Clean and very secure. The only thing missing was a wine bottle opener lol. Other then that minor inconvenience we managed to have an awsome stay.

Great location. Beach access and pool area were great! Room was spacious and clean. Some updates needed, but overall a nice place to stay. Ubers were very responsive and a new Publix grocery store within walking distance. Beach chairs and other items for pool and beach were much appreciated. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this vacation rental in Hollywood, FL. The condo was absolutely perfect, clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, and we were all able to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was great, steps away from the beach and pool area and the space was ideal for our family. We were very satisfied with the experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and Quiet

Very spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful view of the city and partial view of the ocean. Comfortable beds and couches which help for extended stays.We would return to this property for sure.

Great beach and pool!

The property was clean and right at the beach. There are restaurants near by within walking distance. There is also a Walmart within walking distance. We bought groceries there for our breakfasts and lunches. There is a full kitchen... We had a great stay!

ALMOST Perfect

Our stay WOULD have been perfect if we had been able to SLEEP through the night. Two of the four nights, the main fire alarm for the facility was activated and we had to evacuate. The first night (Thurs.) it was only once. The second night (Sat.), it was every 2 hours!!! Relaxing and restful , it was NOT!

Husband & friend went to F1 race so I had lots of time at the condo for 3 days. This was our third time in Hollywood Beach and the worst condo we stayed in. Over priced for what we got

Good location. That's it.

I feel like a balcony was the only clean place in this apartment. It's not only desperately needed a good major renovation, but also a good thorough cleaning. If you put so many small statues and pictures all over the apartment, you need to wipe the dust. If you provide beach chairs, you need to keep them maintained and out of sand. Anyway, long story, cannot recommend, sorry. I have pictures if anyone interested

Nice on the beach

We enjoyed the outside amenities such as the pool and the beach. Inside the unit could use a lot of touch ups and a deep cleaning. Lots of paint chipping, dirty outlets, etc. The hosts were great with communication anytime we needed to. We had thought this spot was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and specifically the broadwalk but it was not. It was nice being right on the beach but it was not where we thought it was. It was walking distance to grocery store and CVS, which was helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our time!

Poor ocean view

The ocean view as was shown in the pictures was a bit deceiving. The ocean could only be seen if we were standing and looking out the bedroom or bathroom window. The unit was comfortable and spacious. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and well maintained. We also enjoyed the gym. We are all over the age of 60 and expect things to be as they read, however, our overall experience in Hollywood Beach was wonderful and we would defiantly return but probably a different unit.
