This place is an absolute steal. 15 of us stayed here and we could not have asked for a better experience. Luis is an amazing property manager. Made everything super easy and convenient. 13 of my friends and I stayed here and it was so much fun. Luis, the host, was so helpful during our stay, The house is in a perfect location. We walked to the beach everyday and were able to Uber to other places so easily. Would highly recommend this place for large groups!

Amazing trip - great space, great location, great host!

This place was amazing! The photos don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious - more than enough room for our group. The house is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen; we cooked several meals while there. There’s also beach towels, games and even a machine to blow up balloons! The outdoor space is just as nice with plenty of seating, a hot tub and a grill. Last but not least, the host, Luis, was great to work with. He was very quick to respond to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful time and everything was within walking distance.

Fabulous property!

We loved the house, the location and the amazing host, Luis! He could not have been more attentive to whatever we needed. We had a big group of family members for Thanksgiving. It was an amazing time in large part thanks to this incredible, easy house and facilities. We would love to return.

Great place!

This property is much more spacious than advertised which was amazing. Extremely clean house with plenty of room for all 15 of us. Luis was an exceptional host, and was very responsive via text message for anything we needed. The house was also in a good area with a grocery store, liquor store, and CVS all within walking distance so it was easy to get everything we needed just after arriving. I would highly recommend booking here for a great trip to Miami Beach!

Great spot and host on Miami Beach!

The host was there from the beginning and very communicative. He’s a really cool guy and has surprises for you when you visit. I would 10/10 recommend this spot! The location is perfect and by citibikes that you can rent while you’re there. Great spot for a large group or just close set of friends. Amazing time during new years!

Perfection in Miami

Fantastic property, meticulously clean, perfect sleeping and bathing accommodations. Great location in a very nice neighborhood convenient to Flamingo Point and walking distance to great dinning, a cute Cuban bakery, a CVS, and Wholefoods. Nice back courtyard. A bonus roof deck that with a little more furniture and seating would be ideal for evening cocktails or a night cap with the Miami skyline in relief. I would definetly come again.

Great for a large group of people!

It’s hard to find a place with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Very convenient when you travel with a big company. A backyard with a patio is a huge plus. The host is very attentive, responsive and provided a late checkout option. Easy check-in and check-out process. We loved the location as well - it’s in the quiet area but close to everything. Has a great coffee shop within 3 minutes walk. I would recommend this spacious place!

Luis and Jeanette were super responsive to all my group's needs. Amazing house, amazing location and absolute homerun for my group of 8 in town for golf and nightlife. Would stay here again 100 X out of 100. They also have all required permits and paperwork.

We had a great time. The House was very spacious and as described. Jeanette was great to deal with. The only negative was the bathroom tissue...there was none, but it was a minor setback as we were on block away from the store. The house was clean and the showers were plentiful-no need to take a number. Absolutely a positive experience. Glad we decided to stay here.

Great spot, short walk to everything you'd want in South Beach

The diamond Villa was as advertised - in an excellent location on South Beach, within reach of the restaurants on Lincoln and Washington (Prime 112, Joe's and Red). And a 20 minute walk (5 minute taxi) to hotels like the Sagamore and Delano. Luis and Jeannette were overly accommodating and instantly available when the internet password didn't seem to work, immediately coming by to reset the system (and gift us a great bottle of wine!). We had 7 guys in the house with plenty of room to spare, stocked up the fridge and kitchen with some essentials and got to spend alot of quality time together that you'd miss out on if in separate hotel rooms. I'd recommend for anyone with a good sized group looking for a super clean, well located house in the heart of it all.

The description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. The property was very clean and well maintained and seemed to have been recently renovated. Mrs. Jeannette provided great customer service and I would strongly recommend this property to any large group. We had a group of 11 gentlemen and it was comfortable for all of us to enjoy. South Beach was close and we enjoyed the attractions and restaurants and the stay at this home made our trip memorable. I would stay at this location if we travel to South Beach again. Thanks,

Great spot for a large group!

A large group of us stayed here for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is awesome. Easy walk to Lincoln Rd/ restaurants/shops and the beach wasn't too far off either. Bryan was so easy to work with at check in, especially with our group's sporadic arrival schedule. Plenty of space in the house- many bedrooms, large communal areas, and everything was up to date. The patio was an added bonus and the neighbors were so friendly. Would definitely stay in this house again!

Pictures do NOT do this house justice! 12 of us stayed here for a weekend trip to Miami. The location is perfect!!!! Easy walk to Lincoln Rd/ restaurants/shops. Thank you for hosting us to stay your nice property for our family reunion. We love the property. The location was very good. Walking distance to Lincoln Mall road. The beach was not very far away. We ubered to the beach because there was no parking spot. The house is fully equipped. It was perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Since it was a family reunion, we cooked a lot at the property. The kitchen was little bit small. But it was very nice. Dining area was spacious to hold all of us there. Our host was wonderful. They tried their best to accommodate our needs. Jeannette and her daughter were very friendly. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends. Like a lot of people saying on their reviews, the property looks nicer in person than photos. Lots of cool characters for this gorgeous Spanish home.
