Really enjoyed the spacious clean room. Everything was modern and first class. The pool and pool deck wete amazing with 2 great hot tubs and 2 nice pools. Nice to have a tiki hut for beverages and snacks on site. The beach is right thete along with the boardwalk that goes for miles all the way to the tip of the Miami beach. I highly recommend this place. A great value.

Nice property with nice views

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was quite functional. The views of Miami and the ocean were spectacular. We did notice the dishwasher needs to be better secured and the security door to the beach works intermittently, although there is usually someone there to let you in. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Misleading view

The posted exterior picture is nothing what you actually see and must have been taken years ago. The building next door is completely under construction and looks like the walking dead with drills etc sounds. The disclaimer at the very bottom of this listing says not responsible for construction or sounds surrounding area. Very misleading when it should state it’s completely under renovations and view is dilapidated building and no pool view. I have no problem if I know up front exactly what I’m getting for my money. I have never had to write a bad review on here until now. I just don’t like being deceived. Find a better view for the money. Owner told me I could check out if I didn’t like it. It was Valentine’s Day week in Miami Beach. Good luck up and moving all of us.

Mark was so great at communicating via email and texts for our yearly sisters trip the unit was beautiful clean and accommodating the unit provides everything that was needed for our week's day I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone we had a blast in Miami.

Great stay!!!

Had the best week at this location! The view and balcony were amazing. The condo was well maintained, updated and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. Resort was wonderful with pool and beach access. Hora’s communication was excellent, never felt out of touch. Thanks!

spontaneous last minute getaway to miami beach

when an unexpected, last minute noticed, expired passport stopped us from leaving for cancun, I immediately looked for where we could go spur of the moment as far south in the mainland- and miami beach came to mind. I immediately looked at VRBO and found a smaller apartment in this hotel/resort complex first and booked it, but then wanted to see if i could check in earlier, and was offered a small fee to move in earlier or a little bit more to have this larger apartment with much more room and space. it was perfect! clean, plenty of cooking supplies, ample space to spread out, complete with 2 pools, tiki bar next to the pool that served drinks and food (at the bool and at the beach), and chairs/umbrellas to rent. it was everything we needed to get as close to the cancun experience that we were unable to obtain. Hora Rentals were fabulous with their contact information, check in, and all needed information up front. no surprises. was perfect! would recommend!

Building and infrastructure is very run down. Condo is fine. $43 per day to park valet no other parking on premises. Only 2 elevators, we were constantly waiting 10+ minutes for an elevator and the access card worked about 50% of the time in the elevator. No stairs inside they dump you out on the front sidewalk. Pool and pool area closed each day around 8pm one day was maybe weather the other I doubt. Again can’t complain too much about the actual condo but the building is a bummer.

Spring Break Getaway

The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. I appreciated the additional information that Hora Vacations sent in regards to food delivery places, etc.. The beach was very nice, clean, and not too crowded. The pool was nice as well. The view off the balcony was lovely - can really see the ocean well. It fit our family of 5 well - we were pleasantly surprised that the 2nd bedroom had been set up as 3 twin beds, which made my kids very happy!

Great place with hotel amenities

Renting process was exceptional. Email communication was very clear. The building is nicely renovated and the unit is very spacious, functional and clean. Pool, bar and beach exceeded expectations.. Most restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. Only downside was some noise from delivery and garbage trucks which had to be expected in a large place like this. In summary - great pool and beach vacation with amazing dinners every night in South Beach.

Relaxing girls weekend spot!

The apartment was as described, had everything we needed. Was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults. Great location right on the beach. Wish there was more in the way of restaurants to walk to, but easy short Ubers. Would definitely stay here again
