Beautiful view on the beach, nice balcony but doors to the balcony tricky to operate and a bit dangerous with children. The place needs a lick of paint and bathrooms need a refresh. Cupboard doors very tired too. Overall nice stay in very good location with great views.

A wonderful place to stay with a great location. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Traffic for valet parking was challenging on check-in day, but the valet company managed it well. We will definitely return to this place.

The room walls were stained, the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, we had problems connecting to the WiFi, long waits for the elevator, the tv channels did not match the tv guide I would I to have half my money returned to me the outside beam look like it was deteriorating. There was a hole in the kitchen floor.

Great Beach View but Slow Elevators

The view of the beach from your balcony is breathtaking and the easy access to the pool and beach made the stay great. Things to know when getting to the apartments though - you are on the 18th floor and the elevator system is very slow, which encourages guests to all push into one elevator that stops at many many floors. So it can be slow going getting up to and down from your condo, especially when it's peak check in hours.

We choose this VRBO due to its location on the beach, and also because it has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms as we were 2 families traveling together. The view from the condo did not disappoint - it was spectacular. The pool area is very nice, and the pool bar / restaurant serves up some tasty drinks and food. The music in the bar area was extremely LOUD!! But I understand it had to be to hear it by the pool. There is a security person working the pool - no drinks in or near the pool, and no water floaties! The management company was kind to let us have an early check-in due to our flights arriving earlier in the day - that was much appreciated.The A/C in the condo worked extremely well!! When we checked into the Condo, we noticed that a bar chair was broken, as well as the toilet seat in the main bathroom - I'm not sure how this was missed during the cleaning and not corrected prior to our arrival; however, a maintenance man came in within 10 minutes of me texting the management company.This condo is very dated and in need of a refurbishment. Peeling paint, cracking mortar and grout. I hadn't noticed the reviews addressing this at the time I booked the VRBO - but when looking at the listing a couple of weeks prior to our arrival, I read them and was expecting it. Don't expect to get much sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. Awful!There were not a lot of restaurants within walking distance - and no grocery stores. We all said we would not stay at this VRBO again.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable, Spacious and clean and had the largest porch I've ever seen in a hotel with stunning Ocean front views of the ocean! Building is slighly older but no big deal, apt is great
