The.Worst.Ever! I have nothing good to say. I wish I could turn back time & never have made the booking; total waste of money for trying to give my daughter an enjoyable trip on spring break for her birthday. I am just so upset that I spent my hard earned money & vacation time on such a location that you sign all these reservation policies to abide by but yet that company managing the unit doesn’t have to abide by any privacy policies. There was four teenage girls and two adult women in our group & all of us felt extremely unsafe and in fear that a strange man was gonna come in at any time knowing at least six people had the code to our door. Our unit was accessed on multiple occasions by strange men entering with no warning with or without us present. It was clearly made known that I wanted nobody in my unit when I wasn’t there & this man was in my unit when the teenage girls returned after the pool & because I wasn’t expecting anybody in my unit, my valuables were not locked up & this person was touching our baggage and moving things around. He just walked in the unit… I mean what if the girls were in the shower or changing? I can’t even imagine what could’ve happened. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my 40 years of traveling. Also-The valet parking takes an hour or more at any time day or night to get your vehicle & all of the workers are rude & inconsiderate of your belongings. There is no concern for safety! Not ADA compliant! Not sure how this place is open.
