The apartment was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. The building is located on a quiet street among other building. You can easily walk to the main street ( Collins Ave ) for restaurants , beach entrance and other stores.

The property is adequate

We found the property was as listed except the hot tub was torn apart the entire week we were there. The condo has minor issues. The kitchen has enough plates , bowls and utensils. It does not have a lot of pans for cooking. The beach/pier is quite a walk. The view of the intercostal waterway is stunning in the evenings.

Hubo noches que no pude dormir con mi marido ya que tuvo que mudarse al living para dormir o al otro dormitorio que era un poco menos malo. Es de esperar que con un costo por noche como hemos abonado el nivel de los colchones sean del mismo nivel o superiores!!! Lamento no haber reclamado oportunamente el cambio de los mismos o un resarcimiento por no haber podido descansar adecuadamente en lo que que eran nuestros únicos días de vacaciones.
