El Hotel se encuentra en una zona muy centrica dentro de South Beach, sin embargo no lo recomiendo para familia con niños pequeños.

WORST EXPERIENCE
One of the worst experiences I had have in a hotel. -first, the people in the lobby were looking at you as they were doing you a huge favor just by answering questions. The check in was awful, Then the POLICE came to our room to tell us that the hotel did not have the authorization to be working so we had to get out of the property. We had to make our bags and in the reception, they act like this was nothing out of the ordinary, they were like, ok you have to go to this hotel. There was not even a "I'm sorry". Then we has to walk to the other hotel (they didn't even help with the laugage). UNBELIEVEBLE. and then, the CHARGE ME THE COMPLETE STAY. and the other hotel charge me the nights at their hotel. The management of the situation was unseen.

Del personal el mas amable Alberto ( un peruano) el peor uno que me Recibió el miercoles 21 de abril a las 4 o 5 de la tarde. El fue pésimo.

Great service, well located and bikes included
Very good hotel, great room, and excellent service. Having the bikes was a key decision maker to book there. Small detail to improve, the furniture behind the sink that was broken. Would stay there again for sure.

Caro para lo pequeña que era la habitación
Habitación pequeña, sin intimidad porque daba a la piscina. Baño pequeño. Piscina Ruido: la nevera sonaba muchísimo y el aire acondicionado también No buena relación calidad precio. El servicio muy bueno.

Hotel en perfectas condiciones.
Excelente, ubicación, atención muy buena, aun cuando el desayuno incluido es Continental, fué de total agrado, en general lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Lo único que lamentamos de esta instalación es el pésimo aseguramiento de calidad sobre los clósets. Durante nuestra estancia -en la que invité a dos amigos- la "safety box" de la Habitación 236, donde se alojó una de mis invitados, se vino abajo al abrir la puerta de la caja, cayendo sobre la persona y lastimando una mano por el golpe que provocó estando la caja en altura y todo esto por no anclar debidamente la caja. Y para colmo, la Gerencia del Hotel ofreció a la persona lastimada un consumo gratis de 75 USD!!!... En serio, no sé que piensan. En serio lo lamento porque a este establecimiento lo he recomendado mucho. Gracias por la oportunidad.

cuidado con los cargos
El Hotel esta muy bien lo que no me pareció es que en las 3 noches que estuve me estuvieron haciendo cargos a la tarjeta que deje como garantía por 700 dólares fui en 3 ocasiones a recepción para aclarar esto y me decían que era un problema del sistema pero que ya en automático me regresaba el dinero pero que tardaría entre 5 a 7 días espero y esto ocurra tengan cuidado no se dejen engañar

Nos pareció un buen lugar para visitar Miami por su situación y precio. Los cuartos muy reducidos y hasta incómodos para una pareja y dos niños. El personal atento y dispuesto ayudar En ocaciones Recepcion no muy atenta. La alberca y su área de recreo algo reducida.

Agradable hotel, habitaciones pequeñas
El hotel está bien ubicado, con habitaciones pequeñas. El hotel no es muy familiar, nosotros íbamos con 2 niños y nuestra habitación doble era muy pequeña. Adicionalmente hubo personal que estaba poco dispuesto a ayudar aunque finalmente el gerente siempre nos resolvió las situaciones.

Buena opción cerca de todo en Miami Beach.
El hotel esta ubicado cerca de todo, las habitaciones son comodas y bonitas, el baño un poco chico pero bien. El personal del hotel es de lo mejor y sin excepción amables y educados. Volvería cualquier día.

Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms have a comfortable bed and are clean but are extremely small, the bathroom is a decent size but not very practical, there’s no counter space and the shower was a bit strange. The only complaint we really had was the valet, they offer valet, for a fee, but is through a company that serves several hotels in the area so it takes forever to get the car, we waited over 1 hour for our car to be brought around.

Our stay was wonderful! The Blue Moon hotel has a fantastic staff, everyone is extremely helpful. The resort provides you with a $25 voucher for the restaurant on the property, gym membership, towels and chairs for the beach, and more. The room was spacious and clean. They came to refresh the room daily. I would definitely be staying again!

The staff was extremely slow to check in - and they didn't know where their valet was, and with limited parking my spouse had to drive around for over 45 minutes before he could pull in front of the hotel to THEN WAIT for the valet
