Our guests love this centrally located Miami vacation home - a private 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in the heart of the city. Located in Edgewater, minutes from Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Brickell, South Beach & the Design District.

Enjoy the large back yard built for entertaining, relaxing & embracing this hideaway’s eclectic vibe. This house has ample parking, quick and easy access to nightlife, dining, and all the top attractions Miami has to offer. Walk everywhere! Biscayne Hideaway is in the heart of the city located steps from Biscayne Blvd in Edgewater.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Master bedroom - 1 king sized bed
2nd bedroom - 1 queen sized bed
3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds.
Living room couch - converts to 1 king sized bed. Linens & pillows provided.
Please note that the 3rd bedroom also has an exterior door that opens to the backyard.

BACK YARD
The private backyard is fully fenced & has multiple seating areas, BBQ grill, sun lounge chairs, a fire pit, lots of solar lights, a hammock, ax throwing station (made of rubber and not sharp metal, so it’s safe), badminton net & accessories, washer and dryer and more features are added weekly. Great for entertaining or relaxing.

PARKING
The driveway will fit 4 vehicles. There is also street parking across the road for free.

WASHER AND DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located outside the back door and is there to use at your convenience.

MUSIC
There is a JBL Bluetooth speaker in the living room you can connect to & also the TV.

WALL ART
In the living room there is a chalk wall. There is chalk, erasures and board cleaner located on the shelf. Feel free to let your creative side shine.

LIVINGROOM ENTERTAINMENT
There are multiple board games, card games and books located under the coffee table. There is also a foosball table that has multiple game options (hockey, pool, backgammon, poker, chess) by switching out the layers. Smart TV & smart lighting.

COFFEE / KITCHEN /BBQ GRILL
There is a full sized refrigerator, countertop oven, cuisinart coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, stove & popcorn machine.
📍Coffee beans, sugar, creamer, salt pepper and other spices are available for use.
🍿 Popcorn, popcorn flavoring, popcorn bags, popcorn oil & popcorn butter in stock.
📍BBQ Grill is a full size 4 burner propane grill. Tank is full & ready for use.

NOISE/GUESTS
As for noise and guests, we are ok with both within reason as long as it doesn’t disturb the neighbors next door (we only have neighbors on one side) and guests (who are properly accounted for) are respectful to our neighbors and the property. The max number of overnight guests are 8. If you plan on having more, contact me prior to discuss and we will figure out a plan that works for you and the house. If you decide to bring over 8 ppl that are staying the night without prior consent, you will be charged a minimum of $150 per person and risk immediate cancellation of your reservation. If you include the extra guests in your reservation, or discuss with us in advance what your plans are, no additional fees will be charged.

SMOKING
There is no smoking inside. The smoke alarms are sensitive and are easily set off. You may smoke outside.

UPSTAIRS SEPARATE UNIT:
There is a work/live office studio space on the second floor of property & is only accessible through the outdoor exterior stairs in the back of house. The upstairs studio office space is not included. I use it as an office and stay here when I am in town. It is not subleased nor is it a short term rental so you do not have to worry about unexpected guests or sharing spaces.

📍 If you make a reservation for 2 people, the house will be adequately stocked with basic supplies, such as towels and toilet paper for the duration of your stay for 2 people. It is imperative for you to let us know prior to arrival how many guests so that we are able to accommodate you accordingly. Thank you.
