Great stay and ability to stay at FB with all the amenities. Check in process was not smooth as Hotel did not have reservation was not helpful and rude. Thankfully host resolved and was quickly available , but it took a good amount of time. Otherwise was a great stay

Very nice & clean hotel. In a great area around lots of places super friendly receptionist. I enjoyed my stay with an ocean view & also a pool view. Super spacious comes with a pullout bed for an extra person. But the beds were big enough for 2 ppl each

What a wonderful spot! You cannot beat this location. The owner is a great communicator. Valet was covered which is huge considering it can be more expensive than the car rental itself. The stay was comfortable for our family (myself and three children). We enjoyed access to the private hotel beach and multiple pools, including a smaller semiprivate pool by the Sorrento and Tresor towers which is great for kids. Room service for breakfast was quick and presentation was very nice. Having a mini fridge and microwave was super helpful with kids. Bathroom was large with a soaking tub (with working jets) and shower. The staff at the Fountainbleu were very kind and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Sorrento tower

Easy to get into and a nice spacious room with a balcony. Parking was easier as well bc the Tower gets its own valet.

Will stay here again

We had tennis from the same owner. They were both great. Clean, spacious, and luxurious. Walk to all amenities including a kids pool for families. Board walk is just outside the property. Easy access to attractions and beach. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great Spot and Beautiful View

We have stayed at the Fontainbleau many times but this was the first time staying in an condo on the back side of Sorrento tower. We loved it. Still a great view of the ocean, spacious room, and with all the perks of the Fontainbleau, but without the cost of staying on the main side of the tower. We will definately stay here again.

We just stayed here over Father’s Day weekend. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was really nice and clean! We fought our 2 kids and definitely enjoyed the extra space. The private pool overlooking the beach is also a. Nice escape from the crowded pools. I would highly recommend staying here! The owner is also very responsive!

Great stay at Fontainebleau!

There’s no reason to go on and on here but if you ever stayed at FB you know it’s one of the best resorts in south Florida. ✅Check in was a breeze at the hotel front desk ✅ room clean and spacious ✅ample towels and if you need more call front desk ✅ two queen beds + pull out couch ✅very quiet part of the resort but literally 60 seconds walk to the pool ✅amazing facilities including restaurants, cafes, lobby bar, gym, spa ✅on the beach ✅owner is great at communicating and can easily be reached anytime (there’s hardly a reason to message him though - it’s a great and very smooth set up) Book with confidence and enjoy your stay.

Unforgettable Stay

Came from Toronto to celebrate my birthday with my three kids and husband in our favourite place on earth, Miami. The view and the room itself were incredible. It doesn’t get more beautiful than the views from Fontainebleau. The photos of the room and view of ocean and grounds should actually be done professionally because the current ones don’t do it justice! It’s truly special. Chris the owner is very responsive. I gave three stars for checkin simply because we were charged a hearty fee per night held on cc. The only other downside was room cleanliness lacked some attention and care considering it was a luxury rental. We would absolutely book again

Perfect Getaway

My best friend and I thought this place was perfect for our girls trip! General Review/Notes: Initial arrival/parking was confusing and we ended up parking at the general resort parking but the valet worker at the residence entrance was super in helping us correct that later. The spa passes were such a great perk. Make sure the two guests who will be using the passes are registered on the reservation. Once both are registered using the spa facilities is super easy and we definitely recommend checking them out. Christopher was also super responsive to all my questions and very helpful. The room: perfect for what we needed and exactly as pictured. The view of the ocean was great and generally the tower itself was quiet. Included toiletries and plates/bowls/silverware/etc. The facilities: absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly! The pool area was so nice and we spent 2 days there. The beach service was great as well and we spent a day there. We ate at a few places on-site which were delicious and service was great! Can't recommend this place enough and I'll definitely be booking with Christopher again if I make my way back to Miami!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Property exactly as described. Great view overlooking 5th floor pool and ocean. Quiet. Clean. Spacious. More than enough room for our group of 4 friends. Many amenities. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to get to the spa. We did use the bikes and biked the boardwalk in its entirety, which was a leisurely ride just under 15 miles in total. Lots of great restaurant choices on property. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the renter or the room is check in. We checked in and our tower had no person at the desk so we were directed to another tower. She was less than accommodating. Checked us in. Offered no instruction re: property. Just handed us a map. We asked about bracelets and key cards for property use. She gave us 4 keys that did not work once out on boardwalk/beach. The property manager was very responsive when I texted him. Once we went to the owners floor in the Tresór Tower we were able to get a bit more assistance. We were able to get to the room early (2 hours). Don’t let the front desk issue deter you! I wish the Fountainebleau was able to meet up to its hype. We were there during the week and it was quiet, which was lovely but very difficult to find any help. Service providers in any capacity seemed hard to find. Sadly, that’s less a specific place and more the norm everywhere. The bell hops were very attentive, easy to find, and accommodating and helpful. Would definitely choose this option again!
