Do not hesitate to rent this unit — it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, who personally gave us a tour of the unit. He took the time to show us where everything was located and clearly explained how things worked, which made us feel comfortable right away.What truly set this rental apart was the incredible level of thoughtfulness in the amenities. In many places we’ve rented, you’re given only the bare minimum of supplies — just enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and shampoo to get started. That was absolutely not the case here. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay, and we didn’t have to purchase a single extra item.The best surprise of all was opening the refrigerator to find it stocked with everything we needed for breakfast the next morning. It was such a welcome and unexpected touch — we didn’t even need to leave the beach on our first full day.The beach equipment was another huge bonus. The unit included beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler, beach toys — truly everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beautiful beach without any extra planning or packing. The property itself was wonderful as well. It’s just a quick and easy walk to the beach. While we didn’t end up using the pool, it looked clean, inviting, and well maintained. There is also a convenient onsite restaurant, a pool bar, and a small market

Great place. Definitely was accurate to the listing. Appreciated the attention to detail throughout the place. The host was the most welcoming I’ve ever had - even gave us some breakfast items to get started! Great view and patio. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. So many great coffee options and appliances. Would highly recommend.

Michael was a great host! Very responsive, he greeted us on our arrival and explained the apartment. He always answered within minutes with questions we had. He left us a complete breakfast in the fridge, a bottle of wine, what was a very special treat. Beautiful view from the balcony, and quick access to the beach. Bed was very comfortable, shower with good pressure, enough towels, there were beach chairs and beach towels in the apartment. Parking is valet only but included in the rate. Area is very residencial, to reach the shopping/restaurant area is a 15-20 min drive by car. There is a free trolly shuttle you can take, a stop is in front of the building.we came for the boat show and the location was good for us! The foyer of the building could need a make over but the apartment was nice, spacious and with lots of natural light.

Mickael was very welcoming and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The condo has a gorgeous balcony with ocean views. The trees also provide some privacy. It was well-stocked with kitchen essentials and chairs and a cooler for the beach. Excellent place to stay!

This is truly a 5-star property from a 5-star host. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and have never had a caring host such as this. The unit has a unique, modern and very functional layout. Easy access to the beach, and easy walking to some nice restaurants away from the the noise and tourists of South Beach. Yet a 15-minute drive will put you in the middle of all the action. Highly recommended!

The space is incredible--huge and very well appointed. It is clean and well maintained and the host has thought of everything. Amazing to have a townhouse right on the beach. The host is thoughtful and available without being intrusive--just the right balance.

Mikael was the kindest and most attentive host! He was truly wonderful to us from greeting us and keeping us with our luggage and having the best snacks and breakfast items and beverages already stocked for us. This unit is very nice and spacious and has all of the amenities you could want. The building itself is not the most desirable it shows a lot of neglect and wear and tear and the valet parking was not ideal it was so backed up most of the time we were there we had to uber most of the time to avoid the long wait but that could be solely because it was a busy holiday week and not the norm. The beach access was wonderful, location was very convenient to everything also. I will say if traveling with five or six adults the 3rd bed is a queen sofa sleeper in an open loft and the air unit just over that space is noisy so be prepared if light sleepers. Overall we had a great time with our family together for Thanksgiving and for all of the little things that weren’t perfect the rest more than made up for it and we are happy with our stay.

Michael was a very attentive and welcoming host. He greeted us at the front of the hotel and escorted us to our room. Prior to our arrival he purchased various items from Trader Joes so that we didn't have to travel somewhere to buy groceries (there are no real grocery stores nearby). He carefully walked us through the condo pointing out how things work. He sense of taste and style really shines through in this condo -- the details are beautiful.

Spectacular property. Ideally located right on beach and beachfront bike/walking trail. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful beach and pool. Property has been superbly and tastefully maintained. Modern kitchen and numerous high end features and countertop appliances including several coffee choices including espresso machine and nespresso machine, restaurant quality juicer, and citrus juicer. View from balcony is spectacular including our friendly iguana in the trees. Hospitality from Myckael is unmatched including being greeted on our drive up and getting a brief tour of the property. He remained very responsive throughout our stay. As noted in the detailed description of the property on line, the overall building is some what dated but this does not detract from your stay in the least. During busy times valet can be a little slow but you can’t beat free valet service on such an attractive property. We will be back!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Mickael est très accueillant, adorable et très réactif. L’appartement est très spacieux, tout équipé et tout confort. L’appartement est idéalement bien situé près de la plage et de la piste cyclable qui permet de rejoindre le quartier Art déco Océan Drive / Lincoln Street en 20 mn en vélo. Condo was clean, easily accessible. Owner is kind and quick to respond. Gave us great recommendations for food and coffee. We did a 10 mile bike ride, played in the ocean, rented a yacht which was also walking distance. Celebrated my moms 70th which she said was the best one yet!! Thank you

This property was exceptionally beautiful. It was the perfect place to hold business meetings that were meant to be more intimate than most. However the host took the cake. He was over the top with accommodations especially when our flights were canceled. He quickly made the place available to us for another night so we didn’t have to rent a room elsewhere. Definitely will book for future events!

Everything was perfect. Michael was very attentive and was even their to greet me at 3am with goodies in the fridge for us. He literally has the place stocked with anything you could possibly need from beach chairs and umbrellas to sunscreen. The place was immaculate and a pleasure to stay at. A rating. Amazing Stay!

We stayed at this condo the week of 4th of July and it was absolutly amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Once we arrived at the condo we were in awe. Condo was spotless, very spacious for our family of 5 and the views were stunning! Kitchen was beautiful and provided everything needed to prepare meals and have our morning coffee. The host also provided a few items from the grocery to get us started on our stay. that was a very nice touch and much appreciated. The beds were super comfy. Spacious showers with great water pressure. The location was great as well for us as we spent a majority of time on the beach. We also did morning walks and utilized the boardwalk right in front of the condo in between the building and beach. It was very nice. There are a few restuarants (sushi and a lunch spot) that we tried that are within walking distance (8 minute walk), and the grocery and other places are just a short uber ride away. The host was easily accessible via phone/text if we needed anything or had any issue but with our stay everything was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again. Great Host, Great Condo. Loved it!!

Great stay/wonderful host

Great location with the beach and the pool just steps away. Safe, secure area with dining onsite and an easy 20 min car ride to the main spots in SoBe. Mickael was always responsive and very welcoming. His place is beautiful and well taken care of. Would highly recommend.
