We enjoyed our stay and Mark was great. We would simply share that the unit could use some updates and there is one bedroom is really too small in our opinion. The construction work is progressing but still visible from the balcony but is not very nice to look at - Again, we had a great stay just sharing for awareness, and the host was great!

Exceeded expectations!!!

This property looks great in the pictures but even better in person! I was on a family vacation but this property would be great for any group. I had a couple of questions for the host and he contacted immediately! I highly recommend this beautiful beachfront property!!

Great place!

Perfect place four our small bachelorette party! Great location and clean. We had so much fun at the tiki bar, pool and beach. We’d definitely go back again!

Great property!

We stayed during the week of New Year's Eve. The location is superb. It's on a quiet location off Collins Ave and far enough away from South Beach (but close enough for a short Uber ride). The pool area is well maintained and offers direct beach access. I would recommend.

Gorgeous Views

The suite was amazing, clean and fresh. Was confused on the reason for the single visit to remove the trash just on the first night. Also pool towel token process was not clear so we had some issues and confusion. The location is perfect and so is the staff! Would of liked some fans/misters by the pool wall as it was very hot at the adult pool. Had a great time. Easy Check in and check out process!

Perfect Spot in Miami Beach!

We stayed at this unit at the Alexander Hotel for a long weekend celebrating a bachelorette party. I was nervous about the property before arrival due to seeing some negative reviews about the Alexander online, but we were so impressed with everything! The apartment is very spacious, the beds are firm but comfortable, nice strong water pressure and plenty of hot water - and the views from the master bedroom and the balcony are amazing! We also loved the pool, especially that there is one that's adults only. The drinks and food available at the pool was very convenient, and service was great. However, be aware that the prices on the food and drinks are really expensive, but for us, it was worth it. We also loved the beach access - we didn't rent chairs, just went down to take a quick dip in the water a few times, but it was beautiful. We never had to wait long for an elevator, UBER and LYFT were plentiful to get us to South Beach within 10-15 minutes each time. Everything was honestly perfect, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Miami!

Nice but small

The Alexander was a lovely resort, we enjoyed the amenities. The unit was decorated minimally but nicely and it was clean. We enjoyed the mirrors because it allowed an ocean view no matter where you are in the living areas. There was a great supply of cleaning products, which we appreciated. The views from the main bedroom were spectacular. The problems, the sofa needs to be replaced as it has holes in it, but it sat comfortably. The biggest issue is the 3rd bedroom. It was too small, it didn’t have a closet nor an adequate place to put your belongings. It felt like an interior room on a cruise ship. The unit didn’t have all of the bath linens as stated but with the in-unit laundry we made it happen.

Beautiful View!

The condo itself is clean and beautiful a with an amazing view from the bedroom. The hosts were very easy to reach and helpful. It is equipped with kitchen and bathroom needs. We have a large family (6 in this condo) and we were able to fit. The only downsides: balcony is over the industrial kitchen and trash area on one end and did not always have a pleasant smell outside; hallways smelled similar in the building so we tried to get through them quickly. As we plugged our nose to and from the elevator we enjoyed the stay! The pool drinks are $18-27 a piece FYI! Mid beach is quiet and a great location for families. We really enjoyed going to North Beach and South Beach! They are both very close.

Great location

The location and beach access of this property is awesome. The condo is perfect for families. We enjoyed for the most part. Only complaint is the master bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed. We initially didn’t notice, so slept in them for a few days🤢 I reached out immediately to all numbers and emails I had to get them changed asap. One person (not sure who) responded and said that someone would come to change the sheets, which is a good thing. I wish they said sorry this was not done (or something like that!), but I know I cant expect too much. The sheets and all bed linen were changed with in an hour or so.

Incredible Ocean View!

We had a wonderful stay here. The view was fantastic! There was an unexpected emergency gas utility shut down for the entire building during our stay but our host Mark was very responsive and took care of the inconvenience with reasonable accommodation. Aside from some normal wear & tear, the unit was very nice and well maintained.

Unit was wonderful in every way, the building not so much

Gorgeous views, spacious, bright and clean with luxury accommodations. The building was under construction and needs a complete overhaul.
