Outstanding

The property was great & the views were amazing. The balcony views were awesome. The pics on the site are exactly as is. Best furnished unit we have stayed in. It had all the supplies we needed. There is a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store and shops in the building. There is a dog grooming salon we used and we were extremely pleased with their service. There is a Publix within a few blocks, a park which has volleyball, tennis, basketball, and a dog park. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. We would highly recommend and will be back.

La vue depuis la condo est incroyable. C'est magnifique. Pour ce prix tout de même nous esperions un logement avec des finitions pour fine. Ce qui n'est pas le cas. C'est un vrai labyrinthe pour trouver la piscine puis la salle de sport. il faut changer d’ascenseur passer par la réception de l'hotel, bref, pas simple. Il manque des infos dans le condo sur des recommandations à faire à Miami ou des restaurants sympa à essayer. C'est dommage, de petit manque qui enlève une 5ème étoiles.

Perfect Stay!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful!! We stayed with our two kids, 3 and 14 and they loved it. The park, pool and hot tub were all great!! The apartment has everything you need and is super clean. Location is great with a Publix within walking distance. Nancy is a great communicator and gives clear check in and out instructions. The view spectacular, really an amazing view! I recommend to everyone and will definitely stay there again! Thank you for everything!!

Christmas 2019 in Miami

Everything we expected and more. Perfect location, amazing view, spacious. Nancy responds quickly to any questions we had. We stayed here before and after Christmas then left to go on a cruise. Location was very close to cruise terminal. Our teenage daughters didn't want to leave. They have already asked to go back next vacation instead of going on a cruise! We hope to visit same property again!

Beautiful Bay, Wonderful Hosts

It is a Wow moment when you first step into this bright natural light modern clean look condo that is 34 stories above the beautiful blue bay and Miami all around. My wife and I really enjoyed this spacious 2 bedroom condo with full kitchen and huge master bath area with a 1-2 person tile shower. The unit was quiet and had great security for a large building. The owner / host , Nancy was most helpful through the whole process and gave detailed written instructions for all your needs and made sure all was good at check in......very professional, attentive and nice. Would love to stay there again. Jim and Geri

Gorgeous view, terrific location, really good value

The balcony view of the bay is wonderful. The location is great - easy to get to Miami Beach, downtown, etc. There are stores and restaurants attached to the condo, great pool, really an outstanding value. Plenty of room too - two bathrooms, two bedrooms, nice sitting area and outstanding kitchen. Highly recommended!

Great location and view

I really enjoyed staying at this condo at The Grand. I had everything that I needed for a fairly long stay. The location is great if, as in my case, you were in Miami without a car, so proximity to the MetroMover and a grocery store were important. In addition to the location, the great view of Biscayne Bay looking north is really wonderful to wake up to every morning! Also, it can be handy to have access to the retail shops and services at The Grand for small items or to grab a quick bite to eat. I would normally give a place like this 5 stars except that I found, at times, noise to be a bit of a problem. I was prepared to experience some noise, after all you are in downtown Miami, but there was also some renovation or construction being done within the building which a few times was annoying. It was only during daylight hours but still quite noticeable. Also, the balcony is beautiful and to be enjoyed but the sliding glass door is a little stubborn to open and close. Overall, I would consider going back if I was planning a stay in downtown. It is just 10 minutes from the Venetian Causeway and a Citi Bike rental station. Margaret Pace Park is right next door and good for walking but also plenty of dogs.

The place was lovely. Beautiful and relaxing with an absolutely amazing view.

Evelyn and Nancy were very easy to work with and answered all questions with a quick response. They both made our stay very pleasurable. Gabi was great too and extremely helpful. Look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Miami. The view was gorgeous and location was so convenient to everything!

Great condo, great location

I chose this place because I love the view and the space and it didn't disappoint. The view is amazing from 34th floor. The 2 bedroom meets our need of space since we are traveling with 2 kids. The condo is very clean and comfortable. I love how quiet and safe it is. Didn't hear any noise from the hallway nor neighbors. Location is good as a lot of the attractions are within 10 mins or $10 uber/lyft ride. The restaurants and stores inside the building provide a lot of convenience. The only suggestion I have is probably to use solid wood doors for the bedrooms so they can be more more light blocking and sound proof but this is my personal preference only. Condo contacts are very nice to work with. In all, it is a very nice condo to stay in.

Appartement à recommander

Magnifique appartement, moderne, bien décoré. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, la salle de bain grande avec douche à l’italienne et double vasque. La vue sur la baie est incroyable. L’appartement est proche de toutes les commodités (supermarché Publix, banque, parc...) avec même plusieurs magasins et restaurants à l’intérieur du Condo. Il est géographiquement bien situé (South Beach à 10 Minutes en voiture). Evelyn nous a accueillis très gentiment et cordialement. Léger bémol: deux lits de 140 cm. Appartement à recommander sans hésitation. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille avec deux ados.

Perfect location and great view! True 5 star rating!

First off I want to say that Nancy is a great host! She is a very sweet lady and was flexible with my check in and check out times. The apartment itself was spotless and nicely set up, and had everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. I could sit on the balcony with that beautiful bay view all day and night! Location is the perfect walking distance to anything you need (publix/food ect.) with a cheap uber/lift ride to the beach, Wynwood Walls and other attractions. I stayed a week with my daughter and both of us wish it was longer. Everything about this place was on point and I can't wait to return!

Beautiful Condo! Perfect Location!

Evelyn, Nacy & Gabi were amazing hosts. Very accommodating! We had a late flight out and were lucky enough they were flexible with the check out time. The condo was beautiful, had all the amenities you needed. ( great gym & pool area ) The location was also ideal very close to everything. I would stay here again, don’t pass this condo up!

Beautiful Property

Great location, fantastic views, wonderful amenities. Connected to the mall and nearby food and shopping options make it an ideal rental for vacation or a short weekend stay. Management support was always available and communication was clear. Pictures are accurate. Finishes were modern. Kitchen had adequate utensils, cookware, and dishes. The building is secure and security is taken seriously. I would recommend this property to singles and families.

Quiet stay in the city

If you like the city, THIS place is for you. You have a wonderful view of the bay overlooking a park, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a dog park! The nightlife in the park there is busy, so it was fun to watch from the balcony. Publix is a good 2-3 block walk but if you just have a handful of bags you can easily walk! Unfortunately, being tourists and our first time to Miami, we were a little bummed to be in a part of the city that seemed a little quiet. There weren't a lot of places and restaurants in walking distance, and not a ton of tourism just close by. So for us, we wanted more, but if you are looking for a quiet stay this place would be perfect! The Pool area is really nice. It was extreme windy when we visited so we didn't hang out there much but did use the hot tub often. The condo itself was very clean and had a ton of utensils, dishes, spices and such which was super helpful! We cooked quite a few lunches and dinners there. The seating area is a futon couch and a chair, we wish there was a bit more seating for the 4 of us but it worked out just fine. I would certainly recommend the place, especially if you like being in the city but more of a quiet part of town. To be honest, we probably won't stay there again but we like to have lots of choices and entertainment at our fingertips. But that is not to say we wouldn't rent through Nancy again because we totally would! Everything went so smoothly!
