Had a small issue with the internet and our host was very responsive. Fixed same day. Communication was outstanding as was the check in process. Best I’ve experienced. The beds and pillows are some of the best I’ve seen and were wonderful. I think the unit could use a refresh. A bit dated and some wear snd tear on the furniture. The unit is in the Carillon Hotel. It is listed as a five star resort. It is not. It’s certainly nice but not five stars by any stretch. I hesitate to include that because that is out of the control of the host but as compared to other five stars in the area it lags. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The host provided clear and concise detailed information about the apartment. The photos are accurate and the place is immaculate. Check-in ( which can be very concerning at some places) was a breeze. There is a location to pick up your electronic keys 24/7. The staff at the hotel/resort are excellent. The main restaurant there provides quality food. There is a cafe that has excellent smoothies and fresh juice and very tasty criossants. There is a large food store across the street. The apartment has 2 quality and comfortable large beds. The air-conditioning, washer and dishwasher work well. The pool is excellent. The beach is next to the pool with excellent staff. It's a 5 star apartment in 5 star resort. Of Note, nearby quality restaurants are endless, but book early in season in Miami. Try to book this amazing apartment as early as possible and tell the host you want to be a registered guest which must be done at least 7 days early. There are advantages to being registered.

Very nice apartment. Exactly as shown in the photos. Very nice building and convenient spa facilities and easy access to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and caters to guests. All the staff was so pleasant and helpful. We loved the very well-equipped gym, sauna, and so much more. I had one of the best massages ever! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was relaxing and very comfortable.

Our family loves the heat and vibe of Miami. We have been to Miami many times with our tween and teenage daughters, but never stayed in the North beach area. We loved the hotel style living, but with more space and a kitchenette. The close access to the beach and onsite pool was everything. And, we benefited from the restaurants nearby and grocery store across the street! The apartment was so modern, clean and classy. It was ideal for our family.

Exceptional Property - Highly Recommend

This is one of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed at. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds. Right at the beach so easy access to the ocean and nice pool area. The owner is very responsive and communicates on everything you need. Highly recommend!! We will definitely return to this property.

Inflexible Facility Managers - Short Sighted

This was a last minute booking and the facility managers were completely inflexible in arranging facility access (Gym and all pools) passes - the finance department were completely inflexible and insisted on 10 days notice prior to visit to be able to issue access bands. In terms of the the property image on social media, it's in their interest that everyone is using the facilities and enthusing about them online. I really don't understand why they couldn't arrange for facility passes, this ruined what would have been a perfect stay.

Perfect Accommodations and Location

Our host communicated all of the details related to the stay very well. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
