The good stuff: ocean view from the room, ocean location—literally steps away and not crowded, pool was basic but nice, beach chairs and umbrella included, kitchen with fridge, induction burner, and ice chest. Lots of good hidden places to eat such as Lola Cafe and Hoshi Sushi (note service is included in the bill), and Trolley was convenient too. Cons: the most uncomfortable double size Murphy bed, ugly oversized and dated furniture making what could be a beautiful unit run downand not pleasant to be in, a malfunctioning light that flickered on and off all night, and mold in front of AC vent on ceiling, and loud noises from the hall. The building common areas are very run down and smell like they are using Febreeze to cover other odors. Would consider staying in the building again in spite of the cons but definitely not this unit having not slept well for days.

Cute and Clean

Property was really clean. It was convenient having a lot of amenities close by. Apartment was very basic, but had everything we needed, beach chairs, bag, and a cooler were a plus. View from the window was more of a roof than the beach. A full size trash can with trash bags would have been helpful since we have to remove our own trash.

Very clean and is exactly as described. Pros: great view, close beach access, walking trail, chairs and umbrella provided, clean and spacious 5th floor unit, Cons: long check-in process, pillows need an upgrade, you may need to Uber to restaurant/shopping

The location is amazing! Beach and pool are great! Room was clean and as described. The valet was tough sometimes when it was busy and the people at the front desk were not always pleasant but overall great value. I would stay here again for sure.

Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay overall! The room was as advertised and perfect for a long birthday weekend getaway from the Midwest. While we could see the ocean, the biggest part of the view was the roof. The water pressure and hot water for showers were great though, so no complaints there. The microwave was quite small, making it difficult to even heat up leftover takeout.We did have an issue with a smoke detector in a neighboring room that chirped the whole time we were there, which was a bit annoying. On the positive side, everyone was very friendly! We also had some really good food at the on-site restaurant, though the service could definitely be improved. When it came time to pay, we were told they couldn't process any credit cards and were directed to an ATM for cash. This was frustrating after waiting 1.5 hours for service and having trouble even getting the bill to pay.Our biggest issue was with the valet service. While the process was smooth for dropping off the car, we experienced some long wait times (up to 40-50 minutes) when trying to access it throughout the day. This was our first visit to the area, so we didn’t realize this could be a common issue.On a positive note, the pool area was nice, and beach access was easy, with chairs, towels, and after-sun products provided in the room. Overall, it was a good stay, but some improvements in service and wait times would make it even better.

Clean beautiful view

Very clean room. Right on the beach. We did have trouble with getting back in the gate from the beach so recommend checking with the desk to make sure the code is right. Couldn't ask for closer to the beach though. Jose was responsive when we had questions. Good experience.

Great stay!

This room was perfect for my solo vacation! Steps from the beach so you don’t have to go far before your toes are in the sand. They have chairs for you to use so you just pick it up and go! Would stay again.

Short Stay Get-a-way

Big enough for 2 people to enjoy a few days at the beach. No stove, just microwave and hot plate. Beware -Downstairs restaurant and bar charges 20% gratuity and a 6% resort fee on top of your bill. Otherwise great stay for a few days.

Terrible resort- good host

If I could give the check in process a zero stars I would! I was traveling alone with two young kids. We got there even after checking time- valet guys were awesome! But the front desk did not greet, smile, and we're not nice. She also handed me the wrong keys- they wouldn't work in our room door. She couldn't find our keys and blamed it on the person who checked out at 11am and here it was 6:30 pm! She emailed our host and tried to call him with no answer and we waited for 25 minutes. I told her she needed to call the host again all while she is giving me attitude that she already tried. We waited another 40 minutes with no answers. Finally I told her I was taking my kids to the in house resteraunt bc we were all starving from traveling all day! We come back to desk 1.5 hr later and she tosses me the keys and sai "we've been waiting for you". She knew where we were! At this point we've had terrible service and no instruction on where anything is in the building. The elevators are very confusing. The halls are dingy, dark, and dirty looking. Our room was as expected - cute, bright, and smelled good. The bed was uncomfortable, but we survived the couple nights. The view of the ocean isn't the greatest bc the window is right above a roof- but my kids were ok with it. The beach was really nice. The pool was nice, but dirty. And the attendants at the pool once again were extremely rude! Overall it was a meh stay but the host was nice and answered my message.

Clean and cute

The property was clean and cute. The location is right on the beach, however, there is no balcony, and you couldn’t even open the windows. The bed was terrible, it was so hard. We thought we would be within walking distance to quite a bit of stuff, however, we didn’t find much.
