60th Birthday Celebration

Went with three friends to celebrate turning 60 this year. The condo was very lovely and clean. It was as posted online. The views especially at night were incredible. Having the corner unit was great. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed hanging by the pools as well and watching the manatees and boats in the canal from the condo balcony. The only issue is there are only two chairs for the balcony - condo can sleep about 8 people and we could have used more chairs for balcony. Otherwise trip was great.

Spacious but dirty

Very spacious but needs cleaning. The floors were filthy and everything was very dusty. There was no hand soap or dish soap provided and also limited toilet paper and just two trash bags. We had a shorter stay so this was inconvenient as we had to go purchase all of the above. The couch was filthy and not comfortable at all. This placed needs some TLC.

Apartment good, high rise in general bad.

The place is clean and spacious, the view lovely and property management was very responsive to inquiries. However, after a storm the pool was filled with garbage and debris and this wasn't cleaned till early in the afternoon rendering the pool unusable. The same day, chairs weren't made available on the beach. Also you can't use the Hyde just across the street (which is also a better location because of proximity to the beach) so we were very limited by the facility itself. Also, there aren't enough elevators in the building; it literally took 20 minutes one day to get to the lobby from the 23rd floor. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn't book in this building again.

Amazing birthday weekend

I will definitely be booking with them again. The property was just as It was listed and absolutely amazing. Very spacious and clean. The front desk and valet were very nice and helpful and the property manager was very quick with responses and very helpful as well. Can't wait to book again! Definitely recommend!

Never Again

Stay Sol wants to blame Hyde and Hyde blames Stay Sol for terrible check in. The property way exaggerates. The beach chair service company is awful. The pool area are not half as nice as they are pictured. I was not able to go to the pool across the street by the ocean. I would not recommend staying here. I felt like an inconvenience to staff.

Gorgeous Views

I'm giving a 5 star since everything listed was exactly like the description. A few issues though, not enough toilet paper, 8 girls and only 5 rolls so we had to go buy more since Hyde did not supply toilet paper for the private unit. Hyde did provide plenty of towels for the unit, but no toilet paper. There were no dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen and no dish soap or dishwasher soap like Cascade. We had to buy dish soap. Just a few things that should be provided that weren't. Also the tv didn't work. We had to call maintenance in for one of the bathroom sinks that didn't drain. The previous renter should've have mentioned that. The shower in the main hall bathroom has no water pressure at all, unless you turn it over to HOT, which is way to hot to shower. The master bedroom shower had plenty of water pressure. We did ask maintenance to check it. but not sure if he did. The balcony could use a couple more outdoor chairs. Overall a great stay for 8 women celebrating a birthday.

Spring break getaway

Great apartment! Great views! Great location! Perfect for my daughter sand her friends and for me!! Everything you need in an apartment plus space!!! And views to die for! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Valet parking the best!…easy in and out privileges . Nice restaurants near by. And Safe. I didn’t worry about anyone getting access to building and felt teenaged girls were safe! Property did a great job keeping all the spring break craziness out ! Great for me and my daughter and her friends!

We really enjoyed the balcony and views especially at sunset! The pools were great too. We had one minor maintenance issue which was promptly addressed. Only complaint : need a corkscrew in unit.

Fabulous Spring Break

Breath taking balcony view of Intercostal Waterway & Beach. Fantastic modern property close to beach with 2 chairs and umbrella included and has 2 wonderful pools to chill without the sand. Bonus walking distance to Wal-Mart for beach supplies and liquor store. Plenty of room for families with 3 BR's. Manager was super communicative through entire booking process.
