"Breakfast can be improved with more varieties and food choices"

"Excellent location and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit"

"Good value for money. Checked in 2am. Staff was helpful and polite. Despite time was offered Turkish coffee at check in. Room was basic but clean. Bed comfortable. Only downside experienced was the noise from other rooms as well as street noise. But since I sleep like the dead, it did not bother me too much. Recommend Viyana Suit Otel."

They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.” It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels. Please don’t...
