"Excelente opcion , muy recomendable todo muy bonito limpio y a 1 min de la playa "

"The hotel is in a spectacular location. The coral reef accessible right from the property is impressive—far better than many of the natural reefs featured on paid excursions. We did run into an issue, though: upon check-out, we were told a small towel was missing from one of the rooms, and they tried to charge us for it. It was shocking and unbelievable. You really need to improve in this regard."

"I stayed in a very old room that nothing similar with the pictures published."

"- I tried to make the most out of the amenities - gym was really nice to have there for a quick workout. Pools were also nice and clean overall. - Some staff were rude, however, most were okay to deal with.. - There was a variety of food options at the restaurant inside the hotel, but not much for breakfast. "The staff is friendly, helpful, amazing. The food is great and reasonably priced compared to nearby amnesties. Location is excellent central, close by to all resources and entertainment."

"Had an amazing stay! Great hospitality. We had an early flight in, arrived to the hotel by 9am. Our room was not ready but we were given writbands to start enjoying all the amenities. Same thing upon check out. Our flight was not until 6pm but they allowed us to stay on the resort until we headed to the airport, just had to give up our room at noon. There are showers in the pool/ spa area that we used."

Lots of pools to choose from although could have done with a games room for tv/pool/darts or something to keep the teenagers entertained. Marked down a little as food choices become a bit repetitive and air con in our room stopped working a few times, we reported it and was fixed quickly but then stopped again the next day - this happened 4 times in a 10 day stay so excessive and quite...
