The full kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. A shared washer and dryer is available in the apartment. A workspace is available too.



In the bathroom: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water. The apartment has air conditioning throughout.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Although the apartment is located in a safe and generally quiet area, due to high demand and the constant flow of residents and visitors, you may occasionally notice the gentle buzz of urban life and some activity within the building.



We inform you that work will be carried out on the building's roof between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., which may cause intermittent noise throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding.
