The Space:

Located in the iconic neighborhood of Condesa, this Mexican-inspired residence perfectly blends traditional charm with contemporary touches. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort while reflecting the warm and welcoming essence of local culture, featuring spacious bedrooms and inviting areas created for relaxation and connection.



Its charming terrace offers the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy peaceful moments, while the multiple bathrooms provide added comfort and privacy for all guests. The carefully decorated living room creates a cozy atmosphere for sharing experiences, and the dining area becomes the ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by an authentic Mexican ambiance. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to every corner of the property, as our main goal is to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the six spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms to the charming terrace, every area has been thoughtfully designed to provide relaxation and comfort in the heart of the city.



All areas of the home are available for guests to enjoy, allowing them to relax, connect, and feel as comfortable and at ease as they would in their own home. Whether unwinding after a busy day or getting ready for new adventures, guests will find private, cozy, and functional spaces to make the most of their stay.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

Located in one of the city’s most iconic and central neighborhoods, Condesa offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, parks, galleries, and attractions waiting to be discovered. We will be happy to share recommendations for places to visit, activities, and experiences both in the area and in other well-known neighborhoods throughout the city.



In addition, we will be available to assist our guests with anything they may need during their stay. We want you to enjoy a comfortable, authentic, and worry-free experience, so you can contact us online every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 😊
