The condo is beautifully decorated, great storage space, well stocked kitchen. The building staff are friendly and it has great amenities. But the windows aren’t well insulated and you hear a ton of street noise. The host company didn’t proactively tell us the elevator key was lost, there was no house guide with safe instructions or WiFi info. Maintenance needed to be called for clogged sinks and we had to buy some basics like salt, pepper, and a clean dish sponge. In the middle of our stay they wanted someone to come in the condo at 8pm to update an expiring door key code. No one showed up and no one responded to our messages. So close to being a great stay with minor adjustments.
