Me gustó mucho el lugar muy bonito y muy cerca de todo, lo único que no me gustó es que se cobra extra por tener wifi en la habitación y por la limpieza de la misma, cosas que se aclaran antes de reservar solo que por la prisa no las vi

Excelente estadía
Muy bien ubicado y muy cómoda la habitación, viaje en familia y tener 2 habitaciones dentro del departamento te da privacidad. Sin duda me Vuelvo a quedar aqui. Varias opciones de comída cerca.

El baño sacaba un olor raro, no es facil comunicarte ya q todo es por aplicacion hasta para pedir papel de baño. La unidad es relativamente nueva peroonsi son un poco estrictos en sus reglamentos.

Ubicación muy buena, puedes caminar a varias opciones de restaurante en la Roma y Condesa. Todo en el inmueble es nuevo, muy buena conexión a internet.

Buen lugar, gran ubicacion
El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, aunque por lo mismo puede ser un poco ruidoso. Todo está en muy buen estado y tanto el check in como el check out fueron faciles. Lo unico que no me agradó fue la gran cantidad de información que Sonder recolectó.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas. La relación precio calidad es buena también. Lo único que no le gustó fue que el personal tiene muy mala actitud, al realizar el check in tuvieron una actitud terrible la chica del mostrador y el guardia, con actitud como que le estaban haciendo un gran favor al darme información y poder activarme el ingreso al estacionamiento (el cual previamente pagué y no podía accesar )

Me agrado mucho el departamento, muy buen trato de los guardias de la entrada, facil de comunicarse con metrobus, metro, hay lugares para ir caminando a comer ahi en la roma y en la condesa le doy 4.8 de 5. Lo único es que si se escucha algo de ruido por estar al lado de insurgentes y un hospital a la vuelta, pero

Es un buen lugar para quedarse, desafortunadamente la limpieza de las áreas comunes es lamentable para tan bonito lugar, y algunos otros inquilinos son muy ruidosos, estuvimos hospedados en el 703 y el vecino de a un lado hacia escándalo, golpeaba cosas, pareciera ser que era consumidor de drogas por los desplantes que hacía y en los horarios que lo hacía.

Great place for a family it lives up to what whey show in their pictures, stayed there recently in April. There is an easy access to a clothing stores, pharmacy, groceries, and plenty of quick street vendor food early mornings. the place is clean with and their host will be flexible to leave luggage at place if check later in the afternoon.

The security guard is very. Apparently you can’t lay down on any of the couches, even the ones outside on the top floor. Not sure why they don’t just have signs that say “don’t lay down” on the coaches. We saw other people laying down and the security guard just told us not to do that. Make sure you know the security code, because my mom who doesn’t see very well, couldn’t put in the code and got yelled at by the security guard saying she had to check in. He was there when she left the building to go buy something down the street but he apparently didn’t remember seeing her. Why would a lady come in to this building late at night, by herself to vandalize or steal? She obviously couldn’t remember the password and was having a hard time getting through. Don’t stay here! We talked to someone that said we get a refund for half the cost of our stay, he was supposedly the manager or something. But the next day when tried to tell that lady’s that were at the front of the building said that no one should promised us that because they didn’t know who we were talking about. The security guard never wanted to give us his name, so we took a picture of him and the lady’s that were talking to were questioning us about why we took a picture? We took a photo because we had no other way of explaining who we had an issue with. The people that work here don’t ever want to accept that there’s an issue with security!

I have been a frequent guest at Sonder Arias due to its prime location and excellent amenities. However, my recent stay left me quite disappointed due to a significant inconvenience regarding the laundry services. One of the reasons I chose to stay at Sonder Aria this time was because of the convenient access to a laundry room. Typically, this amenity has been a lifesaver for me, allowing me to pack light and still maintain fresh clothes throughout my stay. Unfortunately, during this visit, I encountered a major setback – the laundry room was out of service due to water issues. Despite attempting to use the facility on multiple occasions during my stay, I was informed each time that it was not operational. This unexpected turn of events left me in a frustrating situation, as I had packed light with the assumption that I could rely on the laundry services provided. While I understand that maintenance issues can arise unexpectedly, I believe it is essential for guests to be informed of such disruptions beforehand. It would have been greatly appreciated if Sonder Aria had notified me prior to my arrival about the unavailability of the laundry facilities. This would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements and properly prepare for my stay. Overall, while I continue to appreciate the location and other amenities offered by Sonder Aria, the lack of functioning laundry services significantly impacted my experience.
