The condo had everything we needed. Great location with so many restaurants. Great amenities, loved the rooftop! We appreciated the coffee and wine. The host was super responsive!Elevator broke our last day - the building staff was so helpful bringing our luggage down.

This place is in an excellent location, in a very walkable area, and also easy for car pickup. The rooftop is a sanctuary in the middle of the city. The home is very clean with lovely art and very comfortable bedding. The kitchen was equipped with coffee and a water filter that were very appreciated by our group of 5 adults. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it seemed to have all the necessities.The building is very secure, and quite quiet for the middle of a city. The hosting incredibly accommodating and responsive. I would recommend this host and apartment to anyone.

Location was perfect. It was located close to restaurants and central to many museums and beautiful parks. I was able to run in the morning without getting lost. The apartment is beautiful and the update patio was gorgeous at night! The only MINOR issue was the internet, I only mention because it was difficult to send work emails, BUT not to complain. Plan on returning soon.

The host was very accommodating, great at returning messages and answering questions. Security was always present and friendly. I can not say enough about how amazing this location is. Roma Norte was welcoming, friendly and felt very safe and there are so many food options!

Lovely modern, clean and well appointed apartment in Roma Norte. Lots of great restaurants, cafe's and shops close by. Easy check in and the hosts responded promptly to messages.

The apartment was very cute, has great spaces for groups to hang out, and is in a fantastic location. Great food and bars within walking distance and many other attractions nearby. There is a water filter in the kitchen for those concerned about it. The cons for me are few, but big. The hot water is super unpredictable and I'm not sure anyone in my group of 6 got a shower that was actually comfortable. When I complained during my stay about the hot water not working, I was told to only use hot, no cold.... which was SCALDING. So apparently my only choices were to be ice cold or burnt. Every once in awhile the water would balance out and you'd have a solid 3-5 min of a normal, warm shower. The second major con is that there are no screens on the windows. There is no central AC or heat (normal in CDMX). The apartment was very warm when we arrived and warm at night. We opened windows for air, but with no screens, we ended up with a lot of mosquitos in the house. Both of these issues are super easy and relatively cheap to fix. At the cost of this rental, there's really no excuse to be taking cold showers with mosquitos.

Unexpected

The location is fantastic but apartment had no water due to water pump inundation. Entire building was without water which made hallway smell badly but once you got to the apartment it smelled clean and it was really nice. Wish this had not been the case as our five day plan turned into one day since the water situation could not be fixed. They did offer to move us after the 1 day but we opted to look for a hotel within the same street instead. We went back and forth in communication and they refunded us the 4 nights in it’s entirety and gave us a discount on the night we stayed. Being without water during our stay was difficult and glad we moved to a hotel the next day. If not for this unexpected event, the place looked great.

Cool apartment with a lot of space for a group of girls! Very safe building, only problem is we didn’t have WiFi for our entire stay and couldn’t use the TV because of that.

Great stay

Stayed with 3 other friends for 5 days in Mexico City. Great neighborhood, great building, nice staff. Apartment was very nice and has everything we needed. Enjoyed the patio. Some noise on the weekend but the fans in the bedroom helped with that a lot. Recommend it to others.

Much to see

This property is located in the lively area of Roma Norte. We enjoyed exploring all of the restaurants, eateries and beautiful tree-lined streets. The apartment itself is located on the backside of the building, which cuts down on city noise. Also, it's on the top floor, so no footsteps above. I guess really the only negatives that we experienced were the that the showers can be a little finicky between hot and cold and there's no real lounging area for a group. That's about it. Everything else was great! Including communication with the property management which was almost immediate. All in all, we had a great time!

Great Place, Great Location

Really enjoyed the outdoor space! Cool place. Lots of great restaurants and places to hang out nearby. Some of the plumbing fixtures need a little work - it was hard to use the shower and bathroom faucet upstairs.
