Great spot in Polanco, right next to tons of shopping and good restaurants! Our group of 4 was very comfortable here, we would absolutely stay here again.

Location was great. If you like to walk this is the perfect place to walk pretty much everywhere you want to go.

It was a great stay. The host communication is excellent. The place is clean. The view is very nice. The amenities are all what you need. The location is very centric. It is a small place, but very private and perfect for a family of three.

Adorable little apartment, walking distance to all the fun stuff in Polanco. Definitely noisy from traffic in the afternoon/evening, but it does quiet down eventually, I recommend earplugs! The beds were comfy and the pool is nice.

We absolutely loved the space, and it was perfect for the two of us. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the balcony gave a great view. The check in process was simple. If we went back I would stay there again

Such a beautiful place to be in!

Everything about this apartment was exactly what I was hoping for. I really wanted to stay somewhere that had a bright, Mexican artsy feel. We loved it. The gym is fantastic and the pool is warm. Super happy.

Great location and cute apartment

This apartment is in a super great location. The space was perfect for 2 people. The apartment is on the 12th floor and faces a busy street so it can be rather noisy at times ( just bring a pair of earplugs). The apartment is decorated very cute. The hosts responded to our needs in a timely manner.

Great location!

Bathrooms are very small. Toilets were not properly clean. Towels were also kind of dirty. Other than that, I really enjoyed my days at the property. Loved the location!

Absolutely amazing

This was literally my best VRBO experience yet. They were so helpful the entire experience always checking on us and making sure that we had everything we used by a simple text message. They even left us a gift. The house is absolutely beautiful the colors and decorations are flawless. You get full view of the city no matter where you look. Johnsbury was our hero for sure.

Very nice apartment!

I really liked this apartment and its decor. Nice and clean and modern. The host was very responsive and friendly. The reason I only gave it 4 overall star rating was because of the street noise from cars and motorcycles. At night it wasn't bad, but during the day when being there you couldn't leave the doors to the balcony open, less sit on the balcony. But it's the big city for you. Otherwise we felt very secure and walking distance to grocery store and other stores and to an aquarium that was really impressive.

VERY quick response time

Apartment is located in what is described as the "Beverly Hills of Mexico City"... and I can see why. It was ideally situated for my purposes, close to restaurants and shopping. A bit of a walk to a metro station, but I would suggest just using Uber anyway as the fare are cheaper than back home and I had no problems using it. The best part was that the hosts were super quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns I had. THAT is a big plus, in my reckoning! Well done, Carlos and Jonathan!

Average apartment in great location

Building is well maintained in great location in Polanco. Has pool and common patio. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping nearby. The 2BR apartment itself was a disappointment. Although nicely decorated with Mexican accents throughout, the unit has minimal appointments. Good closet space in both bedrooms, but the bathrooms had very little counter space, and the new sinks were way too big for the dated, ugly vanities. The guest bathroom had a terrible odor, and the shower had no storage shelf to hold shampoo, etc. (The owner was super responsive about the bathroom odor, but since we didn't use the guest bathroom much, we declined his offers to fix the issue). The small kitchen area had an odd mix of a new, high-end 6 burner stove and glass range hood, but with very little counter space. Cooking was a chore in the cramped space. Utensils were cheap and minimal. Also, the small, low end refrigerator was an unfortunate choice, given that there was ample vertical space for a larger frig. It practically fell over when opening the door. Also, freezer door was missing. The 12th floor unit boasts fabulous views and narrow, wrap around terrace. Plenty of sunlight. Bottom line: the unit is fine for a weekend stay, but not adequately appointed for an extended stay.
