Manager did not provide detailed check-in directions nor property information. The power went out 2 different times for a total of 2 days. The first day we notified them in the morning and they assured us it was an error with the electrical co and would be back on soon. After texting them all day and into the evening we returned home with no power and found out through the doorman that it was shut off for lack of payment. By this time it was 7:30 and still no power. Only after we called them out on the reasoning and requested it were we able to move somewhere with electricity but only for one night. It was 9pm by this point. They were only willing to offer us one day worth of refund. The second time was two days later, again we notified them in the morning but this time didn’t hear back until we returned at 6, still with no power and messaged them again. The power went back on around 7 and they again blamed it on electrical co, refused to issue any sort of refund and then worse had the audacity to gaslight me, tell me they hadn’t lied and that it’s was unfair I was trying to coerce them into free lodging and I should reflect on that. The size of the bathroom was also misrepresented in the ad.
